If it's just optimisation on Konami's side, great but if Microsoft updating the SDK has helped as well, it's kinda annoying they borked the hardware initially. I imagine a lot of Microsoft folk think what could've been if they had done it better similar to Sony.

Similar or weaker GPUs can run Ground Zeroes 1080p/60 on PC at normal setting the console version runs at, initial release must have been too screwed.
