The overall project doesn't really suffer but someone else surely would have taken that jacket. It was a dick move to pull it at the last second. Was it not the guy who made this thread then, but someone else?

Well yeah, it's not like the whole thing's going to fail because of this but it's kind of grimy to pull out at the last second so that the kickstarter is out 10 grand and now someone who actually wanted the jacket can't get it.

To be honest, I bet Yu is going to be pretty happy he can keep the jacket for another occasion.

That's actually a brilliant idea. Allowing for people to be up in case somebody drops the tier. I doubt KS has changed much in recent years with things like this though, because this would be awesome.

They don't pledge at the level? I mean, they could also have the function to automatically pledge at another level if it doesn't become available at the end of the campaign.
