There isn't an active performer that's the same level of performer as Holly Michaels, and that's including the fact that Tori Black just un-retired yesterday. That woman was one of my favorites. But honestly, she's not a terrible performer or anything, but she basically does enough that you wouldn't consider her a dead fish, but not enough that I've ever really felt like she was truly into any of her scenes. But then again, that might just be Lansky, who is not very good at generating any actual passion/heat from performers.

She is pretty hilarious on twitter, I see her stuff once in a while and she is REALLY into sports and banters with Mark Cuban and stuff all the time

She had a short comeback last year and I was pretty ecstatic but it only lasted a few scenes. Wonder what happened there.

I was requesting her to every company I could for that month or two. My guess was that it was issues with a boyfriend/husband/baby daddy, but I think she deleted her twitter right after that comeback attempt so I never actually found out.

True, though I still liked her short (partially off-screen) reaction of uncertainty before taking on a "large" dude she picked up from the sidewalk. Aside from that, and certainly during takes, a rather ho-hum performer all around. Not the worst, but not fantastic.

Or at least I imagine it was a highlight. Totally a hypothetical my friend told me about...

Porn performances can be viewed as "acting", and in that regard, there are some of them that are great at it and others that well... let's say they give the impression that they're not into it at all. Pretty much the equivalent of a wooden actor/actress.

I'm sure some viewers are happy with the bolded part of your post, but I'm willing to bet they're in the minority.

I mean, you could at least look into this "con" before labeling it an actual con. They are participants in a block of streamers who will be streaming to raise money for GuardianCon, an event/convention organized by a couple of the prominent Destiny streamers. The donations are going to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.

Normally I'd agree that a lot of streamers on Twitch have no shame, especially when begging for tips/subs, but your frustration is a bit misdirected in this case.

Such a bummer. Seriously one of the best performers ever. Fortunately, she did quite a bit before retiring.

Most definitely. Tiffany Watson is one who is pretty underrated as well.

Edit: And my most disappointing retirement of the past couple years was Leah Gotti. I met her at AVN, and in addition to being cute she could charm the pants off anyone.

Of the new batch of actresses, I really like Kendall Woods and Charity Crawford.

And my most disappointing retirement is probably Aria Alexander.

Good choices. Kristen Scott is another one that's caught my eye.

And I don't know what happened with Aria. One minute she was out of her DP contract and actively tweeting to directors asking for work, and then like a week later she decided to call it quits. Best guess is that the work just wasn't coming for her like she thought it would, and decided that she might as well just cut and run at that point.

I'd watch Gianna Michaels, Skin Diamond, or Asa Akira stream, just because they seem like some of the most fun people in the industry that I've seen. Hitomi Tanaka is apparently a Nintendo fan, so maybe she could actually stream games if she wanted.

I don't know who else is really, really fun personality wise or a good fit for that in the industry, though.

Oh man, Skin Diamond. Her retiring really sucked, especially considering the state of the industry for black women. The girls are hot (some of the my favorites, actually) but the content offerings is slim, to the say the least. Skin at least got a TON of work, whereas someone like Chanell Heart will seemingly pop up once every couple of months before disappearing again. Boo to that!

Phoenix Marie is a big nerd/goofball and is honestly my favorite person that I've met that does porn.

she goes to my gym, or at least she used to. i dont go at the same time anymore and havent seen her in awhile. no....i didnt make it weird or mention porn when i talked to her.
