NAT issues run wild on PS4. In my opinion it's their biggest problem. Two of my friends can't talk to each other and they've tried everything. This update better fix this.

that's a bit of a stretch, but it's nice to see Sony finally adding features they promised back at launch. Hopefully the OS update goes a lot better than their last major update. (and that we don't have to wait another 4 months for the next update)
