Their 'leaks' are the type that I don't mind since they are more riddle like. Way better than just outright saying that something will be at the show.
Yeah, I agree. I like thoughtful hints and teases rather than outright leaking the game.
There are so many out there to acquire. Bloody Roar would be great. Doubt Konami would ever sell it.
If they were to make a fighting game, they'd probably be better making a new IP than buying something niche like Bloody Roar or Battle Arena Toshinden.
I've been saying this for awhile. I would love to see a 2D Handrawn Multi-plane beat em up fighter from Arc Systems.
But I know I'm asking way too much.
Yeah, a 2D hand-drawn PS fighter would be amazing, but it would never happen as it doesn't have enough mass appeal.
Okay I finished, here it is! All-Stars 2 Kratos "ad leak" for PS4 and Vita (like that is going to happen) lol. A nice tease that doesn't give away what it is so easily.
You know it's legit because it's off-screen and angled.
This is brilliant! Now wait for it to get a topic on N4G and then Playstation Lifestyle or someone to run it as a story: "Report: leaked image suggests new PlayStation All-Stars fighting game in development."
We all hope so. Scrap everything and start from scratch. Brand new story. Brand new Gabe Logan with a modern terrorist story arc.
Where are the socom rumors/leaks
I really think there is a gap in the market for a high-quality stealth adventure like Socom, or Syphon Filter. Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon have completely moved away from this style now, and I think there's a definite gap in the market for a AAA publisher to step back in.
Is Japan Studio able to pump out games like Xenoblade and Breathe of the Wild?
That's one area I really want to see Sony explore again; giant-ass JRPGs.
WWS has got action/adventure and TPS games down, but seriously lacking in the RPG category.
I believe Japan Studio is about 400 members of staff, and with Alan Becker having taken charge I would assume their efficiency and ambition has increased. We know that Toyama is working on something new (another action adventure, I think he said?) and obviously Knack is in development, but I now that The Last Guardian has shipped who knows what the rest of the studio is working on. There's got to be a new IP in development there unless they're bringing back an old series (like Dark Cloud for example), but I expect it'll be at least a few years from release at this point.
