Remember on Wii U when you just had to press the home button, open an image uploader in the browser, and the screenshot was there ready to upload and post on GAF.

On Switch I only get the option to upload to FB or Twitter, which I don't particularly want to do. Ugh.

I made a twitter account specifically to upload photos to my pc. Its a really good quick and easy way to get them there without having to take the card out

Twitter compresses. Best to just pop in the SD card and go from there. It's still faster than WiiU's cumbersome OS and browser.

You can upload to social media through the album, but I think this might compress the image, so I just take the SD card and do it through my laptop. Only takes a minute: Pop in card, copy/paste files, and upload to an image-sharing site.

And surely you must mean Pearl acting cute. After all, Pearl is the one that's cute, and talented, and amazing.

Fun fact: The Reef is actually the stage I liked more for this and wanted to get the images on, but I couldn't get this color without being in ranked recon mode. Also, getting a good capture of an inkling in the dualie prone stance is hard. :lol

Also, a side note: People in Asian countries like to wear those face masks when they're sick, but if they were actually effective, why would so many people need them in the first place? /deepthoughts

If you have a microSD card, save them or copy them there, then put it in your computer.

Ah, thanks! Don't have one yet but going to get one today then. I thought you were only able to post the screenshots on Twitter/FB -_-

EDIT: Found a 4Gb MicroSD card that I used on my old and broken down Nintendo DS. What format should the SD card be formatted in? The Switch didn't seem to format it after I plugged it in to it.

So... Photo Mode requires amiibo, and normally your amiibo are in the picture. However, if you use a squid amiibo and tap X, the amiibo will actually jump out of the frame, allowing you to photograph just your Inkling! :-O

And yes, it appears you can zoom in on your character's clothing in each of the shops, as well as their categories on the gear screen, by simply tapping ZR:

The one thing I don't like about Splatnet is that everyone ends up having the same gear all at once because of course you're going to get the better clothes online that look cool than the ones with only two/three skills at the actually stores.

Only if you have an amiibo. It currently works with all of them.

First, you go to the amiibo box in the back of Inkopolis Square. Tap your amiibo to the controller (either right Joycon or center of Pro Controller).

If you haven't assigned a user and amiibo name, you'll be prompted to do so, then rescan.

The amiibo will come to life in its clear plastic prison, and offer to memorize your current control settings. Say "yes" or it'll disappear.

Next, the amiibo gives you some gifts. Each gives you three pieces in a set, like the schoolgirl uniform from the orange Inkling. They also give you music for Squid Beats.

And then they offer to take pictures with you — either as is, or wearing gear you've assigned to them. Assign gear by hitting X, scrolling over to Other, then amiibo, then tap the amiibo to the controller to copy your current gear.

This is a pretty cool feature, since when you're in the multiplayer lobby you can swap gear (as well as gender, skin color, etc) simply by tapping in.

At any rate, in photo mode, you can rotate the camera, choose from four different poses for each Inkling (including a dancing pose), and also change the backdrop.

You need to clear Hero Mode to use the Callie and Marie amiibo, though.

Once I find some time to play I'm doing this. I got like 7 splatoon amiibo

I think spectator mode was actually announced months ago, when it's actually coming though I have no idea.

It could be them selves from two years ago since its an amiibo from 2 years back, Hero mode Marie did seem look a bit taller when compared to the Teen inkling. Or it could just be the Inklings average height. Captain Cuddlefish was more or less the same height as a teen inkling.
