Well I'm simply speaking from personal experience, having completed the game a few weeks ago on my PC (GTX 770 and an i5-4440). I ran the game at minimum settings and the framerate is still all over the place. Can't even reach a stable 30 fps.

Also lots of microstutter.

This is on a rig that ran The Witcher 3 perfectly fine at medium-high settings.

I can't *believe* these lazy developers keep making file sizes so damn large. Btw, how does technology work?
Oneshot is cheap and has "overwhelmingly positive" reviews.

That said, I'm no graphics snob but it looks plain AF. Is it really that good? I did a search and there's no rumbling at all on GAF.

How long is it?

Debating whether I should pick up Dishonored 2, which I expect I will, Mafia 3, and Quantum Break. Both are all enticing, but I don't want to spend too much if I expect the latter two will get deeper cuts in the near future.

Why is everyone in such a rush? The current version of steam sale means prices are static for 2 weeks... Are people hoping to get in on glitches like getting 13 cards for a single purchase?

Is the discount for some stuff still not fully live? Grandia II isn't discounted for example and I'm pretty sure it was in the past.

I guess it will make sense to buy tomorrow since I guess it won't get any faster today. It's currently just too busy, and I prefer buying steam cards rather than using Paypal.

I'm wondering the same thing. the first is 10 bucks which is a nice price, the second is 25. From the little research I've done it seems 2 has some welcome improvements. Dilemmas.

I have no idea why I keep checking steam sales when they kick off. It's just a big waste of time.

Also seem to received just one card from completing all the tasks.

In no way saying that you're wrong about how the game ran for you. I was just more interested in the hardware you were running it on for comparison. I've been having close to zero issues on my i7-4820k, GTX 1080, 16 GB. I have the occasional frame dip, but never less than 45-50. All settings max.

Agreed. Especially as it's not even just really long lists but "uhh 5 games are on sale? Ok we'll show one and have you click to your wishlist to see the rest." Thanks for nothing.

Haven't really found the last few years of sales to be very good because I usually buy all the big stuff at launch and don't keep my wishlist active. Spent the last year or so adding things to it, finally a steam sale feels good again.

Invoice number can't be used for anything and there's nothing identifying besides the username. It's ok. Seeing someone used a Visa without seeing any numbers etc. is like watching japanese porn with a broken tv.

HA! I had one game left when mine crapped out. I'll either wait for tonight, or check the sales in the morning. No dailies means I won't miss anything.

It doesn't exactly have a ton of single player content, but it's worth it if you're into fighters and the characters. Game's fun, and unbalanced as fuck but that's part of the appeal.

I'm pretty sure it'll get cheaper, not sure when though.

I just dont understand how they can let this happen. Its either extreme ignorance or extremely poor planning from their web/infrastructure team. Someone should teach them how to use an elastic beanstalk.
