Hey thereFreeza's ship
I think I liked the last Steven Bomb more.
I know it's for the sake of the plot and all that good stuff, but why don't they just shoot that dummy from the sky?
So another long wait before new episodes? Or do they continue every Monday at 6pm?

Because they forget what their powers are every episode.I know it's for the sake of the plot and all that good stuff, but why don't they just shoot that dummy from the sky?

With a tennisball shot with one of Pearl's sword techniques.I'm now expecting one of the secondary characters to do just that. It would be hysterical if Connie does the honors.

Noooooo!
These breaks between bombs kill me every time. Then again, August will be here before we know it.
No, fuck that. Just show us the storyboards with sounds and impro voice acting, I don't care, I watch it.Looks like we might have another break after that as according to Matt they're starting to run out of completed episodes again.

Nice to see Steven be a central part of the team now with those shields. Also, Pearl adding a lot of fuel to the prevailing fan theory about her origins.
That said, I sincerely hope this is the *last* episode in which we see the "Peridot's getting away again!" shenanigans. Seen too many Saturday morning cartoons to not get annoyed by that.
Solid way to end the week.Peridot's hand cannon was neat, and I like that Steven was still so kind towards her.
A The Clone Wars fan too?I'm fine with script readings as we imagine the scenes in our heads until the full episode comes out.
"This planet has an expiration date and I'm not sticking around"
whoah
I'd bet against that. He will reach her heart. Or whatever gems have. Gem. Yes, probably her Gem. He will reach her Gem.I'm pretty sure Steven can't work his magic on Peridot to change her ways, as it seems she cannot be reasoned with.

I took that as the fact that the planet like many others will eventually die out. Maybe that Homeworld is exempt from that

Maybe the Homeworld will eventually die too but Yellow Diamond or whoever the leader is denies it? There's so much of the Homeworld we don't really know.
Pretty much this:Well, she has been shown to be cold and ruthless, and she doesn't even remotely care about Earth, let alone humanity. It seems that she would rather have her gem shatter than to be kept a prisoner.
Shedid only seem to flick his head
Pretty much this:
She could've blasted him in the face with her hand canon, but she didn't. I think she likes him in some way, at least enough to not want to kill him directly.
Yellow Diamond will be the anti spiral. Off-world colonies are designed to contain each planet's individual species so that they can't reach their full potential. Gems are an exception because their (lack of) biology prevents them from achieving this potential or something. Rose realized that the only way she would ever ascend and break this system would be by rebelling and turning herself into a biological being to overcome this limitation, and trigger the end of the universe/become a God.
