Seasonal sinus congestion is so irritating.
I'm always mildly congested (poor air quality) Don't even think about it until I go out of town and it clears up.

my PSN speed was only trash 50% of the time in the PS3 era, since getting the PS4 it's only been trash maybe 5% of the time

A walk around the track and jumping jacks helps clears up the congestion.
