The more Last of Us the better.
ND’s milkshake brings all the salty boys to the yard.
So edgy. So salty.
And so wrong.

1 - Did you just blatantly contradict yourself?
You say the problem with games is because they are "politically charged" but people do not like TLoU2 for other reasons than "politically charged story"?
2. Also, why games cannot be "politically charged"? Books are and so are films, what is the problem with video game medium not doing the same?
3. Do you want to forever play the same boring and infantile Mario games?
4. Time to grow the f*ck up.
5. They say the average age of a gamer is around 35. Looks like it's only true from the biological perspective.
6. Emotionally some of them are still mentally retarded and scared of women with muscles or transgender people...
I'm edgy because I pointed out the horrendous writing and the amount of perfect ten's the game got purely because it preached the right politics? OK. As for being salty I assure you that couldn't be further from the truth. TLOU2 is truly something special. Before it no other game so perfectly encapsulated everything wrong with the industry. The trend of developers inserting their ideology into games, the way "journalists" praise anything as long as it's progressive. The manipulative and shallow writing paired with the worst ludonarrative dissonance I've ever seen. The rigging of Metacritic by Sony to prevent bad reviews because only trolls could hate the game right? TLOU2 is the perfect product I can now point to and say this is why gaming is dying and why you should never trust reviewers. So edgy. So salty.
And so wrong.
A better game than TLOU2 is the TLOU2 Tower Defense game where fans try to defend their 2020's sacred cow of game writing. And I'm not paying a single penny to watch that game.
Every thread about TLoU2 are like fly traps, every poster that hates the game comes out to shit on it and get stuck in it. Who cares what the OP is about, let's use the thread to shit on the game that hurts us deep, deep in our hearts, feelings and concerns.

LMAO.
Who makes these?
People on the internet.LMAO.
Who makes these?
I never quite get this 'Hate' angle that people keep pushing. Hate is more often than not an emotive response. There are perfectly valid complaints that are out there regarding the storyline that are anything but emotive. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Really?Naughty Dog did.
Really?
Oh boy... this is gonna be fun.
Ok, bolded part number 1:
No, Neil Druckmann did everything to alienate audiences and shove his holier-than-thou attitude with stuff like this: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/artic...us-part-2-will-normalise-stuff-that-is-normal
"Naughty Dog director reacts to leaks, says people who will "benefit most from this story are the ones yelling the loudest""
Benefit from what, exactly? Do we play games to be lectured? I for one play games to have fun.
This guy did everything he could to provoke the audience and thus made it politically charged, whether you want it or not.
Bolded part number 2:
They can, who said they can't?
Bolded part number 3:
Yes, Mario is just great game design, tested and proven, awesome timeless stuff. Does it need to be serious to be good? You seem to have some big insecurities concerning liking SERIOUS BUSINESS! FUCKING LOL.
Bolded part number 4:
What is growing up exactly? I got a house, a job, a wife, a beautiful daughter. I'll just consume whatever the fuck I want. Have a dose of this great Ramones/Tom Waits classic:
Bolded part number 5:
So, not liking the TLOU2 is a sign of immaturity, because if you don't like the Citizen Kane holy grail of awesomeness you must be an immature little kid, right? Mah gawd...
Bolded part number 6:
Thinking something is ugly is not being scared. I prefer my women with actual boobs. And for the trans hate part, do you know Ailynn ? Easily one of the best people of this forum and a great human being all around. Intelligent and not judgmental like you. Also, I was raised by a gay father. Get a grip.
Freedom of speech was a mistake.
Oh boy... this is gonna be fun.

It truly was. I see you're doing your part by not saying anything.
LMAO.
Who makes these?
They're WAY too good to have been done by anyone else.Really?
I lost legacy in length game covering some of the 20 years between the outbreak and the start of TLOU1. Would be good to see more of Tes.I took my "Joel dies medicine" like a good soldier and I deserve some Joel DLC.

Apply the same energy to people who spend way too much much time and energy defending the game whenever someone voices an opinion that is not calling the game a 10/10 masterpieceWhy all those people spend so much time and energy on hating this game?
Obviously, if you look at a massive commercial success of the game and the fact that majority of players actually made through this "terrible story" (60% completion ratio) means nobody really gives a sh!t...
Just move on with your life and focus your little hateful agenda on something else. Again - NOBODY CARES.
The difference here is, that BOTW never tried to excel in terms of story. It's just there to make some sense of all of this, to give the player some context of whats going on. We knew the plot already before it even released: a feminime elf boy rescuing a 10k year old princess from a pig land lord.all to prove how wrong the argument of "gameplay is King" is.
I could've went with BOTW or any other Nintendo game with a shit story like Rhazer Fusion said but i didn't.
If gameplay is King and you can skip cutscenes and you like the gameplay (most seem to since they are HYPED about Factions) then I don't see why it's a bad game.
BS if they didn't want to make a good story in BOTW they wouldn't have bought voice actors for the first time i. the series, or put effort in the cutscenes. The difference here is, that BOTW never tried to excell in terms of story. It's just there to make some sense of all of this, because otherwise it would be just about a feminime elf boy rescuing a 10k year old princess from an pig land lord.
It's literially just there to adapt the means to the end.
LOU2 on the other hand wants to be this AAA blockbuster with movie like presentation and deep story. It failing at delivering a coherent story therefore is a much bigger dud than with BOTW, because there clearly was put a lot of focus on the story. No one played BOTW because of its plot. I bet at least half of LOU's userbase did though.
And not a mod in sight.Every thread about TLoU2 are like fly traps, every poster that hates the game comes out to shit on it and get stuck in it. Who cares what the OP is about, let's use the thread to shit on the game that hurts us deep, deep in our hearts, feelings and concerns.
People are throwing conspiracy theories
It does wonders for the prasentation, but the total amount of cutscenes is still very sparse and the plot remains as formulaic and generic as it always was. Going back to older 3D-Zelda's, it annoyed me how long the introduction in those games are. Especially in Twilight Princess it was just way to much. I was like "damn let me finally play the damn game, its been a hour, enough is enough. Also fuck Colin with his stupid ass haircut."BS if they didn't want to make a good story in BOTW they wouldn't have bought voice actors for the first time i. the series, or put effort in the cutscenes.
Looking in my mirror not a jacker in sightAnd not a mod in sight.
TLOU2 neither frames as a hero or a villain and neither djd part 1. He was a complicated and complex men just like all the characters.
Oh you are precious. I’ll leave it to others to try diagnose whatever has happened in your life which has lead you to post whatever... that was.I'm edgy because I pointed out the horrendous writing and the amount of perfect ten's the game got purely because it preached the right politics? People are not upset about the game. You never pointed out horrendous writing.
Most people who gave the game a good score aren't easily triggered because their favorite Joel died. People are throwing conspiracy theories because they cannot upset that people do think this is a good game.
If people are still this upset about this game then they have some unresolved issues they need to work out.
It’s a thread about the game. Go figure champ. Which group of people does it speak more to behave in such way?Apply the same energy to people who spend way too much much time and energy defending the game whenever someone voices an opinion that is not calling the game a 10/10 masterpiece
A defense force doesn't have to assemble every time people post undesirable opinions about the game
Sounds like people care a lot
Just fucking LOL.People are not upset about the game.
People are upset by other people defending the game and accusing people who point out mistakes that they are just triggered.
Ever heard of thoughts and opinions? It’s a thread about the game. Go figure champ. Which group of people does it speak more to behave in such way?
I mean you got a lad with some clear issues here linking it with the death of gaming. People who like the game are getting pretty sick of every thread about it getting trashed by the same people.
People are not upset about the game.
People are upset by other people defending the game and accusing people who point out mistakes that they are just triggered.
Like everything in this world, there are two kinds of people. Those who swallow whatever its thrown at them, and those who filters before.
And yes, defending tlou2 narrative is havin the filter broken.
