I like how it came out. I didn't know what to do regarding the trademark text you usually see, but I left that out. I thought about putting some text at the top, something along the lines of "<insert propaganda ISA soldiers were fed regarding Helghast situation>, they were wrong," but meh. I also thought of putting a giant helghan helmet at the top to fill the space, but I like this better.

If you ever do Final Fantasy anything, it would probably work better to just have a 'Final Fantasy Week' that would permit any of the games from the series.

could someone do a K2 ad for me? i suck at photoshop (actually, i don't even own it...)

it wuld be something like:

top of the screen: On Earth, if you see a guy dressed up running toward you then it's probably Halloween and he's gonna ask you some candy.
*pic of a helghast running toward the screen or a close shot of the mask*
bottom of the screen: On Helghan, you'd better pray God not to run out of ammos.

Somehow it seems like its missing something but I LOVE the concept.

This picture propably suits Resistance 2 better but could someone with photoshop skillz (I know I have none) Killzone 2 this

It's very good on a conceptual and 'dark humour' level, but it could have used a bit more polish in the aesthetics.

And I take back what I said about the Killzone ads being uninspired. Turned out it just needed a bit of time for the greatness to show.

On Red Scarlet's suggestion, Final Fantasy Week will be starting at the end of tomorrow night. It should give a full 7-day week to do any and all Final Fantasy game ads. Rez/HD will be the next actual game after that.

Can any one point me in the direction of some good FF stuff? Google isn't helping much and Ive never played a FF game in my life so I don't want to pair characters to the wrong game.

=0 Niiiice work, guys!

I was flicking through a few of my games mags today to look at ads and get some ideas as to how real ads looked, but I never really noticed just how few ads mags have these days. Just a random example, but in the latest Official PS Mag I got yesterday, there are only 11 full ads, one of which is the back cover, and 4 of which aren't even gaming ads (2 are army/navy/raf recruitment ads of some sort!).
