Sure the parking lot was well lit, but if Mike didn't want a fight, the extra two guys shouldn't have been contacted and it should have been handled in a populated secure area. Evidently bitch doesn't translate well into Armenian and this was the base for the anger.

Based on the article, I don't think it would be appropriate to charge the girl with murder anyway. Conspiracy to commit assault is what she did, not the murder. And I wouldn't do conspiracy for murder either, since there doesn't appear to be any evidence she knew how far her brother or cousin were going to go.
