Every MB helps. HAAAAAJJUP!!It's amazing what 32MB of edram can do (hint: things that 10MB could not).

Kojima. Wii U. Does not compute.
^This pretty much sums up why I love the idea behind the Wii U.
Game of Thrones is starting?! Shit!
*changes channel. Clicks on TV CONTROL and keeps playing on controller*
It was made for me :')
Nintendo, Gamecube games on eShop during release week. Make it happen.
You'll take your new version of Dr Mario and you'll learn to like it.

Man, Nintendo will enhance our multi-tasking capability with this dual screen setup. By accustoming us to handle two different content at the same time, play on the gamepad and understand/hear/see a movie on the TV through glimpses (and the images we don't watch will be "filled" by our mind through retina persistence, the sounds, and imagination), it will improve our mind !
Wii would like U to have a better brain !
The only caveat with the "keep playing while other people watch TV" is - isn't the U rumoured to run kind of hot, with a lot of ventilation? I can still see people not being cool with you continue to play if the thing sounds like an aircraft hangar like the early 360s did.
Wii U specs have been enhanced after E3. I don't expect the final hardware to be significantly better than a x360 though.Well, all i can say is explained in my posts: some already announced and presented games on Wii U, saw their framerate greatly improved during their development, since my Spring posts. It shows that developers got a better grasp on the system, on the tools to make their titles on it, etc. And yep, this cool news comes with improvement in the visual department also (more effects, and implementation of anti-aliasing, etc.).
one of the demo dudes then said something along the lines of "they're running hot" ... they're not final demo units at a trade show running for 10+ hours on end.
I don't think this is worth worrying about at this point.
One TV per household GAF confirmed?
I think Miyamoto or somebody explained in some interview around E3 why the Wii U was horizontal. You can't use it vertically because the sides are rounded intentionally.
oh there it is:

(say what you will about Kotaku but their links are always the first to come up when I'm googling for interview quotes)
Miyamoto said:"I think maybe it was because we didn't want people to think it was a Wii."
It's amazing what 32MB of edram can do (hint: things that 10MB could not).
So it's definitely 32MB then? Or was this already confirmed?
This it was in the leaked dev kit specs, which are somewhat confirmed.
I kinda hope it comes out on WiiU. I haven't played a good racing game lately... The last two I bought were ridge racer for 3DSWell, considering Wii got 5 out of 7 Need for Speed games this gen (except Shift and Unleashed)
I think Most Wanted is a safe bet.

"Many are expecting a Nintendo Conference in September. The Wii U will be announced for Japan in another way.
Having more than 1 HDTV is excessive? Really? I know plenty of people that have multiple HDTVs in their home. Everybody has one primary HDTV but then there is the bedroom, the computer room, the bonus room, etc.We have plenty of technology and tech toys here, and we only have one primary HDTV. Having multiples of those seems a bit excessive / a true luxury item.

The Monoply guy would also have been acceptable
[岩田]「9月に任天堂のカンファレンスがある」と予想されている方が少なからずいらっしゃるようです。日本でのWii Uの発表は、カンファレンス以外の方法で行う予定であることを、あらかじめお知らせいたします
Is he saying there will be a conference or there won't be.
Then you might want to change the ENTIRE case.
"There are more than a few people who are thinking, 'There'll be a Nintendo Conference in September.' I want to tell you in advance that the announcement of the Wii U in Japan is planned in a way not involving the Conference.

I guess being 30 years old, having a good job and owning a decent sized house makes me rich, nice. lol. Seriously, there are lots of people that own multiple HDTVs these days. They've been on the market for over 10 years now.

So... they're still having a conference, but Wii U launch details aren't part of it?
Man, imagine GAF's palpitations if they devote their September conference to 3DS again.
