jesus fucking gawd that video is ridiculously brutal. Sitting there watching someone you love die while a police officer is yelling shit and looking at him bleed the fuck out is seriously fucked up. I don't even fucking know what you can do at this point with your cops their training has to be entirely suspect from the ground up. I mean you legit need to do a top down clean sweep of all of your police forces because clearly there are a lot of hands being held above a lot of heads for this shit to continue like this. How the fuck does someone end up getting shot over a broken taillight? Like legit, that's on the level of some only in the movies type drama but it's happening for real right now.

Ah, sorry about that then. It's so hard to tell sometimes given how lots of people will actually side with them.

I just feel so disgusted. This keeps happening over and over and it's utterly terrifying.

I think I want a type of dash cam, and body cam that I can activate by a foot button or something. For body cam when walking around, activate it by puckering my butt cheeks or something. I doubt I'd be able to take out my phone, unlock the camera and get it recording safely. I don't know how she wasn't shot, maybe it's a white, or bright phone.

Foreword: this post is not defending the cop. It's trying to state he should never have been a cop to begin with and that the system is fucked.

You know, not defending him or anything, but if I was that cop I probably would have ended up shooting someone too. I can't imagine being in a situation where you're told everyone is packing, you know you could be shot at any time, and you're taught to fear everyone.

If it was my first day, I would have likely panicked and shot the dude too regardless of his race or colour. But then, that's the reason if I was in the USA I should never be allowed to be an officer. Ever.

Entire system is fucked.

Edit: don't take this the wrong way. The cop killed an innocent man. It's upsetting, depressing. I'm trying to point out that the entire system is fucked, and built on a horrible culture of fear, racism and mistrust.

I'm done with reform. Law enforcement have had decades to do just that. So many unrecorded murders, so many recorded murders like this one. No true reform.

fuck off. You don't have common fucking sense or a backbone to do your fucking job. Don't do the fucking job then. Cops aren't dying at some astronomical rate. Because you're murdered on the street or in jail for killing a cop.

Yeah. It's horrific. This seems to happen on a daily basis and frankly, I have no idea what to do. I wish I knew. The only thing I know I can do at this point is stand in solidarity with the black community.

Don't you dare be rude to me. The cop shouldn't have shot him and he's killed an innocent man. I'm not defending anyone, I'm just trying to explain that the entire system is fucked and that cop should never, ever have been able to handle a firearm.

theoretically, if you were the officer you should have been trained to handle these situations. and people are supposed to tell the cop if they are carrying and licensed.

so your point is kinda.... ughh...
