Unfortunately, it's that time of the year again. That special time when buzzwords fill the air, feuds arrive out of nowhere, and the oldest of the old (And good God, I mean fucking old) are brought in for one more paycheck because they sure as hell ain't got any current stars to build this show around. This year we're coming to you live from Trump Country itself, Orlando FL. There's gonna be cheers! There's gonna be tears! And there will most definitely be tears (especially when Roman wins clean again)! So let's try to get hype and stay hype!

It's WRESTLEMANIA WEEK!

"What barely built card do we have this year, Bronx-Man?" I'm glad you asked!

WWE Championship
BRAY WYATT vs RANDY ORTON

C7e8YP-VQAApxhl.jpg:small

After over 6 months of planning, plotting, alliances, sneak attacks, actual live arson, and.....dirt voodoo rituals.....we have finally come to the end of Wyatt Family as former allies Bray Wyatt & Randy Orton have one last match for the highest prize in the land. The Apex Predator vs The New Face of Fear. Hold tight on The Ultimate Thrill Ride© because shit is about to get spoopy.

Universal Championship
GOLDBERG vs BROCK LESNAR

C7Zu-8WU8AAHWP8.jpg:small

No, your eyes don't deceive you. Yes, in the year of lord of our lord 2017, we are getting Goldberg vs Brock Lesnar as a WrestleMania match. "But didn't already happen 13 years ago, and it completely shit the bed?" Yes, yes it did! But this time for it's for a championship! While the match probably shit the bed once again, at least it'll be funny trying to see if Goldberg can walk down the entire ramp without exhausting himself of all energy (Seriously. The ramp is huge this year.)

SHANE MCMAHON vs AJ STYLES
C7-NoeNVUAAlE62.jpg:small

AJ Styles. The Phenomenal One. The Wrestling Observer's Wrestler of the Year, two years straight. What does he get as his reward for such a dominant performance throughout all 2016? A match against a man that punches like a small kitten angrily trying to remind it's owner to feed it. This match doesn't even have a gimmick which is just confusing. The fuck is the point of watching a Shane McMahon match if he's not jumping off of something?

ROMAN REIGNS vs THE UNDERTAKER
C7-F0YoV4AAmLxd.jpg:small

DA BIG DAWG. DA PHENOM. IT WAS ONE GUY'S YARD, NOW IT'S ANOTHER GUY'S YARD. WHO'S YARD IS IT NOW? WHO WILL DIG A NEW YARD TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUS YARD? WHO WILL COME OUT ON TOP AT WRESTLEMANIA, THE ULTIMATE THRILL RIDE©? FIND OUT THIS SUNDAY AT WRESTLEMANIA, THE ULTIMATE THRILL RIDE©

NIKKI BELLA & JOHN CENA vs THE MIZ & MARYSE
C8C_eMuVUAAIdL7.jpg:small

It's mixed-tag team action as WWE's It-Couple take on what may or may not be a pair of sentient robots built for the sole purpose of advertising reality shows on E! Stay tuned, I hear there's a special surprise afterwards!

Non-Sanctioned Match
SETH ROLLINS vs TRIPLE H

C798fmPU8AATzNw.jpg:small

The match 2 years in the making! After years of deceit & deception, Seth Rollins realized that when you make a deal with the devil, the devil comes to collect. Seth has taken a quest to redeem himself after his reign of destruction and the final step of that involves taking down the King of Kings himself. Triple H plans to end Seth's career once and for all. One thing's for certain, this is going to be The Ultimate Thrill Ride©

United States Championship
CHRIS JERICHO vs KEVIN OWENS

C7Z1H0RVwAIvi2G.jpg:small

Aging dorky blonde with a weird taste in fashion takes on a loud-mouthed obnoxious slob for the highest prize in these United States of America. Where have I seen this before?

Intercontinental Championship
DEAN AMBROSE vs BARON CORBIN

C7-N2u9UwAAKX64.jpg:small

Wait, what? Oh yeah, this is on the card. Something something intercontinental championship something something attempted murder via forklift. God, I miss when Miz was champion.

Elimination Match
RAW Women's Championship
BAYLEY vs SASHA BANKS vs CHARLOTTE vs NIA JAX

C8DLS-rUwAE8ORw.jpg:small

This one's for all the marbles. Can Bayley, the ultimate underdog take on three of her greatest enemies to finally win the.....what? She's already champ? Uh, see her take on three of her greatest enemies to retain her championship...that she already has.

Ladder Match
RAW Tag Team Championships
THE CLUB vs ENZO & CASS vs CESARO & SHEAMUS

C8DLvASVUAAjnGM.jpg:small

Y'all wanted your damn ladder match clusterfuck so badly this year? Here ya go! Enjoy your 20 minute Enzo promo.

The guy in the middle is pretty experienced at tag-teaming his opponents, if you catch my drift.

Mannnnn, Jericho vs Owens should be the main event in the earth-2 timeline. Not the greatest line up, but there's worse ways to spend four hours on a sunday.

Eta- I've hated teddy long ever since he punked out as a ref during a nwa road warriors (?) match where one of them shoved him.

OH WEEOH WEEOH

That fucking song is gonna be stuck in my head till this shits over.

Edit: Almost forgot to mention THE ULTIMATE THRILL RIDE

After the last Wrestlemania I swore I would never watch another and none of these matches look like they will weaken my resolve(except Charlotte vs. her inferiors, I loves me some Charlotte).

But I'll end up tuning in, being flabbergasted one minute and bored the next. Wrestlemania!

Wait, what? Oh yeah, this is on the card. Something something intercontinental championship something something attempted murder via forklift. God, I miss when Miz was champion.
This match will be more important than many of us realize.
Why, you ask? Because Baron Corbin is about to kick off his own Wrestlemania streak.
This will make him 2-0.

Four hours? Oh no... this nonsense is running SEVEN hours. Enjoy!

Oh and you should have used |OT| The Wrestlemania the night before the Raw the night after Wrestlemania

Best part of the OP: You can tell Bronx-Man's enthusiam to write match descriptions evaporated quickly as he went along. :p
I can't wait to see that big dumb set in action.
I'm pretty much convinced they're having the wrasslers brought down to the ring in roller coaster carts.

This poster pulses with an appeal so broad the typical restraints of our societies fall by the wayside.
I actually think this card is pretty good. *shrug*

That doesn't fly any more. The Raw after Wrestlemania is probably going to suck.
Smackdown ought to be decent.

I'm pretty much convinced they're having the wrasslers brought down to the ring in roller coaster carts.
They'll definitely be doing this for the old men. Goldberg will still manage to get himself winded getting off and on the cart, though.

So much to watch this next week for me. Not just WWE shit either. This is what I'm looking at. Doesn't include the CZW show. That won't hit their VOD service till probably the end of the week post show. Wrestlemania really is more then the superbowl of wrestling now. It's more like a fair with all the activities that week.

GCW PRESENTS: JOEY JANELA'S SPRING BREAK

Friday March 31st Events
EVOLVE 81
KAIJU BIG BATTEL

I can't wait for none of the results to matter and none of the storylines to be impacted by the biggest wrestling event of the year.

Wait wait wait wait wait wait.

There is no SmackDown Tag Team Championship match on the card? All available SmackDown tag teams are in the Battle Royal?

Why?

At least none of the matches this year have ridiculous stipulations that they'll either ignore or retcon days afterwards.
Last year was an outright travesty for doing that.

Biggest possible retcon coming out of this event would be for Cena to propose to Nikki for the Mania pop and to then not follow through on the wedding due to prenup issues.

I can't wait for none of the results to matter and none of the storylines to be impacted by the biggest wrestling event of the year.

The storylines will most likely end on The Ultimate Thrill Ride©, except if you're the kid of the owner and even though you lost you'll still get granted that one thing you were supposed to be fighting for.

Yeah, good times.

Wait wait wait wait wait wait.

They really don't have time for it. I mean I guess if they cut the Pitbull stuff they would, but there's already something like 12 or 13 matches on the card. Even for 6 hours (or 6 and a half), that's a lot.
