I enjoyed the ending credits of Neptunia mk2 which reimagine the game as a journey through 8 and 16 bit games, wish the actual game was a bit more like that really.

An unexpected gem are the credits for "No Heroes Allowed" for psp.

I don't know much about the game, but the credits are ABSOLUTELY adorable and filled with gorgeous pixel art.

I particularly liked the end credits in Aquaria - for an indie game basically made by two people, it's got an awesome ending vocal song that fits the game perfectly and the whole thing is very professional, showing the game's concept art.

Zelda credits are usually pretty good with the music and slow camera pans of all the game's locales but I think I'm a little bored of it now. Still Skyward Sword was pretty great because it showed you Zelda's perspective while you were busy trying to track her down.
