I find concerts to be more appealing when intoxicated
when I went to the Pink Friday concert I was jumping on my chair and screaming at Nicki

As long as I can remember what occurred I am good

Being drunk at a concert is an absolute no brainer. Being drunk makes concerts soooo much better and more fun.

Concert prices are ridiculous. I can get free tickets to the symphony through my mother's job, though. *.*

Thats good....I guess.

lol.

Someday I am going to be not broke and will actually go to a concert of an artist I enjoy :(
My sister would always gets tickets to country shows growing up and I had to escort her

Virgin Mobile Partners with Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' Ball Tour to Empower Fans Through Social Outreach

Virgin Mobile USA announced today that it is extending its award-winning relationship with Lady Gaga, and will be presenting her 2013 Born This Way Ball tour in North America. Through the partnership, Virgin Mobile will educate concert-goers on the issue of youth homelessness, calling on fans to step up to support both its Re*Generation program, which focuses on the issue, and Lady Gaga's youth empowerment organization, Born This Way Foundation.

One lucky fan selected at each show will have a $5,000 donation made to a local youth homeless shelter on his or her behalf - and then have the opportunity to increase the donation by spreading the word socially or volunteering for the cause. This fan will also get a special surprise from Mother Monster herself.

Virgin Mobile will also be giving fans a variety of ways to get involved in helping raise money to make a difference. Fans at the shows will be encouraged to tweet pictures of themselves, and for every tweet Virgin Mobile USA will donate $1 to a local youth homeless shelter. In support of the Canadian tour stops, Virgin Mobile Canada will be motivating fans to donate to Re*Generation via a text-to-donate program.

instead of partnering with products that cause obesity, Gaga shows how to use her brand for good instead of just money

:( Whitney, Andy, Etta, and Donna.

I don't think I've listened to the others.

Well I linked a song to each one of them. Give em a listen and check.

Johnny Otis has a connection to Etta.
Robert B. Sherman did tons of Disney Movies music.

Overall a lot of talent left us this year and its really sad.

I still can't believe Whitney is dead.

I know. Thats easily the worst one....I actually had a conversation about her with a friend a few days ago where we were wondering what she was up to now....took a few minutes for the reality that she is gone to kick in again. Was depressing.

lol I probably don't spend 180$ on MUSIC in a year.

Its probably a good thing I never go to concerts. I couldn't afford it.

Pretty much why I rarely get to see the shows I'd like to be at. $400 for Madonna, $150-200 for Fleetwood Mac this summer... Even basic bitches seem to be getting nearly $100 for a ticket these days.

I have to settle for seeing two or three $15 concerts at a local bar or something.

Second, have you seen an Adele concert? People hollering and screaming in those.

I still can't believe Whitney is dead.

Mmhmm. I don't forget, but there are still moments where it doesn't feel quite real, I guess.

A likely excuse...

Will do.

@Mumei

Really? Sure, they scream after she's done singing. But her crowd doesn't look crazy at all. Which is pretty understandable with her catalogue.

I think it depends on the song. But they seemed plenty scream-y during, say, Rolling in the Deep at the Royal Albert Hall, especially in the non-VEVO version (where the crowd audio seems turned way down except when they are singing).

Yeah, I have similar feelings. I just haven't adjusted to it yet, I suppose.

So you're just naturally shady then? Truly the mod POP-GAF deserves and needs.
