Wow... I picked up Tales From the Borderlands last weekend during the weekend sale for ~$17. I just finished the first episode this morning and have 3 hours clocked in. I'm barely over the steam refund requirement. Would have been nice to get this for ~1/3 the price.

The game is awesome btw.

Perfectly fine. Only a passing knowledge of some of the most basic things in Borderlands lore is required, 5 minutes reading a wiki will do. It's its own story and doesn't have as much to do with the Borderlands games as you might think it would.

GoT is only for people who have seen every episode of the TV show and are desperate for more. It requires you to have seen at least the first 3 seasons of the show (or read book equivalent, obviously). Even if you've read the books, it's still based on the show, so it references the show mostly.

As a diehard fan of the TV show, I think it's terrible. It's really, really terrible.

TWD S2 is more of that, though overall people like it less than TWD S1. I really enjoyed both. The Walking Dead DLC 400 days is pointless, feel free to skip it entirely; it's like a paid demo with how irreverent it is.

Never played JP, but only heard bad things about it.

I didn't like TWAU at all, but some people genuinely adore it and think it's one of TellTale's best. It's got a fascinating premise and the story's OK, so I guess you can do worse than a TellTale fantasy-noir thriller.

TWAU is a must have if you haven't played it before. Amazing game

TWD S2 felt like an unnecessary continuation of the story to me. It was more of the same, and lacked the emotional impact of the first season.
