Upload an image (I don't think gif and png are supported) and with a few hints, it will automatically color the picture for you. You can edit the length and width of the lines you draw for more precision. It gives it a water color aesthetic. PRETTY COOL. I did Lucina, the rest are from others.

Stop what you're doing and color.

If the background is already colored it will do that. It's best to use a completely white background or one that is only colored in certain spots.

I threw in an old picture I never bothered to colour. Not bad for a few minutes, I guess, but it needs to be higher-res to really achieve something. A plug-in would be nice.

Edit: Taking the blurry image through Waifu2x works rather well.

You could probably get some decent results with a little effort. I just spent a couple of minutes messing around with it.
