Treyarch. So it may be decent.

There is a big blowout on the game in the recent Game Informer. Not good for the reviews but GI seems to get a ton of exclusives.

Well, fairly or unfairly, this version is going to be going up against the PC/Xbox 360 Call of Duty 2 and will look bad in comparison.

Actually it's combination of Treyarch and Gray Matter. Gray Matter was merged into Treyarch last year.
