So it is that magical time of year again when Halloween has bestowed upon us and James Rolfe (Angry Videogame Nerd) does his annual horror movie reviews throughout the month of October. This years theme is "80's-A-Thon", where James would review lesser known horror movies from that era. Unlike the past few years that James has done a review everyday, he will be uploading his videos every other day due to time constraints of him concentrating editing his movie, "Angry Videogame Nerd: The Movie", which will hopefully come out in the next year. I have taken over the reigns of making this year's thread from Flying_Phoenix, due to that he requested a early retirement this past Summer. I will keep the thread updated accordingly to whenever James upload the videos. So be ready boys and girls for another Cinemassacre's Monster Madness!

Haha, I just marathoned all the Ultimates these past few days. I didn't know until last week the manga ended! And a while ago too... Need to get the last two volumes.

Also, seems like tonight's was just a repost of his vid from MM 2009. Which is good, cause I was like "all that talk about doing two vid's worth of content every other night for a 3 minute video?!"

Hahaha, well that is a yes and a no. I'm always F5ing GAF all day, literally, so whatever free time I have. I'm always on the internet and never playing my games or doing school work. Though, I do embrace Kappa especially trolling the fighting games streams, lol. The way I'd post in the chat streams will get me banned ten-folds over here in this board.

Though, I do love me Hellsing and the only name I could think of at the time for registering.

I love the horror movies from the 80's and James' reviews so this is awesome!

Watching the Galaxy of Terror video, I wish he didn't spoil the movie that much because it looked awesome and I might check it out.

The plot from the movie sounded like Sphere heh.

He was waaaaaaay too spoilery with that one. I know he often shows quite a bit, but showing nearly every death and even detailed the ending?

I think I'll only be watching the videos for movies I've seen if he's going be this excessive. Good thing I've already suffered though Galaxy of Terror.

Good stuff...I remember renting this on a 'two for Tuesday' night 30 years ago with my dad on VHS.

It's on Netflix...I need to pay it another visit. The maggot rape was pretty traumatizing at the time.

I just downloaded it; watched a couple of minutes of Galaxy of Terror. Video quality is nice, audio is ok. Supports AirPlay.

I really wanted that, but the price was just too high considering I still have the DVD

Hopefully in a few years when their license expires someone will release a more standard version (with extras).

Yeah not much point for you to upgrade then. I didnt have the dvd, and realllllly want this film badly so ill fork over 30 bucks.

Yes the ball would fall in Sonys court for that to happen... 2015 is earliest.

Yeah tried it as well. Thought I got ripped off at first as the vid quality was terrible, but then it gradually got better. Guess it's the nature of the stream?

I'm guessing it doesn't buffer well, cuz yeah, it's bad for a few seconds. Seems to have everything on it, plus as you mentioned, it's nice to toss him a buck or so.
