Not sure if this is the thread to ask or in the Deception IV OT itself. Is there any major differences between the Vita and PS3 version? If there aren't, I'll most likely opt for Vita, digitally.

PS3 likely looks slightly better, and has Youtube uploading. That's pretty much it I think.

Seems like it to me. Even turning on and off the Vita seems a bit faster.

Its like my memory card is tied to the power button. As soon as I insert it, vita shuts off and goes to a boot loop. Stop the boot loop once I remove it.
