wat You know you don't have to run the game on Ultra right? If Wolfenstein: The New Order will run on your PC, Watch Dogs most assuredly will.

most of the comparisons are in response to people doing a drive by and saying "did you actually expect games to look good and in 1080p on a 400 dollar machine snicker snicker Yolo swaggins master race"

Sure it is somewhat disappointing, but nothing I would call a shocking revelation by any stretch of the imagination.

This is an excellent point. Though I can't help but feel that even on PC this game will
run poorly, which doubles my disappointment.

Ridiculous that a game that ugly comes out at such low resolutions/framerate.

This game is the biggest AAA disappointment of this generation so far. Remember that magical E3 trailer? Oh those were the times! *sigh*

What a disappointment. I was slowly slipping away from purchasing it for the PS4 and I think this has now solidified my decision. No thanks!

Yeah, I know I don't have to play on ultra. But I'm not sure how well it'll run at all, even on lower tier pc's.

It's not entirely about looks.

This game has looked mediocre for quite a while and the only thing it had going was decent graphics. With this news, I have lost all interest in this game. I hope people focus on the exclusives that both the ps4 and xbox one have coming up, as they look much more interesting than this joke of a game.

This game is 20GBs on Xbone. AC4 was 20GBs on Xbone.

So 720p * 20GB = 20 hours

792p * 20GB = X hours

Therefore this game is 22 hours on the Xbone.

Yes, I'm joking. Guys please stop fighting.

I wasn't expecting the next coming of graphical Jesus considering it's a cross gen title. But you know what else is cross gen? Dragon Age Inquisition. And it looks pretty slick. But notice how nobody is complaining about graphics there because they never boasted graphics to Ubisoft levels. That's the issue here.

I think it says something when I imagine a possible 1080p gtav with either solid 30 fps or 60 fps and I am genuinely excited. I'd buy the shit out of that. This? Let's wait for reviews.

Well i've got my X51 with i7 3.4ghz and GTX 660 as well as the PS4. Do l think my PC will run this game at 1080p 60fps? I wouldn't even place a bet given the console performance. I'd wait to see how this plays on PC before lol'ing.

First game I'd think about is inFAMOUS, graphics seem similar, from experience all I can say is that inFAMOUS is fucking gorgeous in every way, but there seems to be way more interaction with everything in WD, plus you can actually drive cars, which is a big plus.

inFAMOUS is 1080p with an unlocked framerate that's over 40 most of the times (don't throw shit at me if I'm wrong I'm just telling from what I think I experienced.).

Can't wait to see how WD fares in every departments, though I gotta say that I'm a bit upset over this piece of news. :/

This is one of these games where I'll play it as it comes, keen to support a possible new franchise that interests me and it's truly amazing how many people will pass up on a game based on a resolution. I know for a fact my computer would grind to a halt trying to get any kind of performance at the lower end of the resolution scale having seen those specs posted so I'll end up keeping my PS4 preorder instead of the X1 just on account of that being the better console for the multiplats so far and i've got more people on my PS4 list who'll have the game as well.

Does the 900p concern me? Not really, I think a lot of people get their panties in a bunch about resolution and i've dropped many games on the PC to 1280x720 in order to get better performance and not really felt short changed.

I'm sure the xbox version and the ps4 versions will play fine. I'm sure the PC version as expected will trump them both graphically and the more money and power you throw at a box, the better it will look. Do I care if someone is playing it at a higher resolution? No, I'll just be playing it all the same.

The 60 fps dream is dead for these consoles. Hope you like lens flare, particle effects and wet pavement tech™.

Since these consoles are so much like PCs now, why don't they let you turn those superfluous graphics options off and unlock the framerate? I really just can't do 30 fps anymore.

Never has a game-- merely in the way it has been marketed and messaged-- so thoroughly underwhelmed me and deflated my excitement as WD has; from PS4 launch day pre-order to this. What an amazing mess.

I sincerely hope the game overcomes the stigma it has garnered so far and turns out to be really fun to play. I might be interested in picking it up down the road but for now May belongs to Sportsfriends and Transistor as far as my wallet is concerned.

I bet if it was next gen only we would be getting 1080p on Ps4 and 900p on X1...

Sounds like they haven't tried to optimise the game

I'm lucky to have not become engulfed in the 30/60 FPS mumbo-jumbo, since I never really noticed between the two due to my currently low PC rig.

But no 1080p on the PS4? Ubi serious 'bout his, Ubi? Half-ass much?
