I don't think I've seen many setups here that would require one to be a millionaire or incredibly wealthy.
Well, depends on your definition of wealthy. A lot of this stuff posted here is definitely upper class. Some invested around 20-50k $ in a single room.

Many upgrades since last post in this thread... New TV, PS4, and some other small goodies!

Heres my games/handhelds

Not quite as swanky but I love my corner :)

My Girlfriend has the same 3DS :P

Oh and I wanted to ask, are those wide/box PC cases any good?

My current setup is contained within the original (MASSIVE) Corsair Obsidian 700D case. It is great, but so unwieldy and heavy. I was looking into maybe getting a case similar to yours down the track, so any feedback is great :)

Lol that's some crazy shit dude! I'm really impressed. Any ways to hide the cables?

Is that a HD800?
Yes it is, and I could hide the cables but it'd be a ton of work and they don't bother me much.

Holy shit. The PS4 looks tiny next to the Caselabs Tower.

How does 720p stuff like Wii U look on the 4k screen?
720p scales very well on this display, I was surprised with how clean SM 3d world looked.

My setup updated for 2014, got rid of my triple monitor surround setup and replaced it with a 65" 4k TV.

That's sweet. I was looking into getting a 65" 4K SONY, but I'm not a PC gamer, so there won't be any truly 4K content for me (movies or games) until next-gen at the earliest and I'll definitely buy another TV before then, so I'm getting a 70" 3D SONY instead. That looks gorgeous though. Bravo!

Nurburgring on the wall? That's pretty Superb!

Thank you! Friend of mine made it custom for me. I'm working with him now for Laguna Seca and Spa Francorchamps :)

My setup doesn't really compare to most of these, but I think I have a decent collection.

My apartment is very small, so I just have shit jammed anywhere it will fit. Excuse any dog hair, my Jack Russell sheds constantly.

I guess my camera sucks too.

I absolutely can't imagine myself with any other case than this one in the near future. It's fun to build in and was the easiest build I've ever done & cable management is so easy a caveman can do it (Ugh, that's terrible!). The only downside is that if you have a lot of mechanical drives it only supports two. And that it isn't everyone's cup of tea looks wise but it's great to me, then again I love the Nissan Cube :)

Good to hear, cheers for the feedback :D

And nice setup!

A lot of the items were handmade, the screen from curtain blackout cloth and velvet, the arcade from an old computer, and the velvet panels are just 4x4 pieces of mdf I wrapped in velvet

Nice, I have the same desk.
But what is your chair?
That looks really good with the desk...might buy one to copy your desk/chair combo >.>

damn I wish I had a basement. All those great gaming/movie dens just make me want to grab a shovel and start digging.

I love the Star Wars and Indiana Jones poster may I ask where you got them from? :) Thats awesome the items were handmade.

The hell is that arcade game? Never seen or heard about it.

The King of Dragons? It's a fantasy-themed beat 'em up from Capcom that was released in 1991 in the arcades, and later on the SNES in 1994.

The arcade machine itself should be a PC with emulators.

I wish I had an arcade cabinet. I have an extra PC that I doesn't really use for anything besides MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator), and I wish I had a cabinet to put it in.

Really love all the setups. If I had a bigger home right now, I'd def look into doing something special. Maybe I can do something nice when I move in a few months.

Little desk setup I have. Desk lights don't show up well thanks to the camera, but the color is more diffused in person that it looks here. Probably going to take down the map, its too tacky.

I need something like that for my PC to sit on so I can get it off the floor. What is that?

Man, a lot of you need to spend the 30 mins or hour to group up, tie down, and hide your wires.

Word, I spent a few hours screwing some peg board onto the back of my desk and then zip tying all my wires to that. All you can see now is the backside of some particle board which is a huge improvement over a bunch of wires on the ground. Makes cleaning a lot easier too.

Zero cable management and stacked furniture for space reasons.

Router and modem is under the desk so I'm pretty fucked with the cables.

The Star Wars poster is by Olly Moss from Mondo. I got it off eBay and its the only real one in my collection. The rest I wound up finding on Google and blowing up with photoshop and printing them out at Costco for $9. WIsh I could give the artist's their credit

Why does Batman have a box of tisses?

That's from the episode where he catches a cold. The villain of the episode was Mr. Freeze. Why I remember that I don't know. I'm sure you were just joking but when random facts pop out in your mind sometimes you just gotta tell someone. Haha.

Not all WiiU games are in 720p

I'm pretty sure Wind Waker (which is native 1080p) will look amazing and colorful...
Hell Most ninty games are very artistically visually impressive..(regardless or resolution)
