Halo 2 Anniversary looked really dark for me in the IGN stream and didn't really look like 60fps in the remastered version either. Maybe the video's problem I guess. Really really excited though. $60 is a steal

Halo 2 and 3 multiplayer (never played 4 and forgot how Reach was) was great for two reasons:

1. Rankings determined by wins/losses
2. No unlockable gear/weapons/perks
3. No worrying over K/D ratios

It was fantastic always being matched with players of equivalent talent. COD-style blowouts (ex. 75-25 on team deathmatch) just didn't happen very often as I remember it.

Between this crazy insane value of awesome, Horizon 2 and the Forza 5 Nurburgring add-on they've justified my xbox purchase several times over.

I think the best part about the multiplayer for this is that it is one central multiplayer where you vote for maps from different games and then its that, so you don't have to worry about halo 1 having more players than halo 3s, etc, since its just one multiplayer experience.

They said that the over 100 Halo multiplayer maps will all be included in the package. Not sure how that's difficult to understand.

A collection of Halo 1 through 4 should by definition include the Halo 1 maps, the Halo 2 maps, the Halo 3 maps, and the Halo 4 maps, otherwise it's not a collection.

The way they emphasized it as a talking point, and the way everyone went insane over it, made it seem like all the maps would be available in each individual game's MP mode, or at least, in Halo 2's, at the very least.
