even I'm Team Neutral but I found whole situation hilarious. That Model is obviously different from what we see right now.
Looks like I'll never be playing any Kid Icarus game with her in it. The bets were for a week, right?
As the figurines fight they get increased stats and you can customize their loadouts. They can fight each other or human players.
They don't seem to be terribly involved.

The good thing about amiibos is that they're easily ignored.
That's an Amiibo, as indicated by the "Fp" icon. They said that they would level up in the RPG sense, with stats and such. So it's not a level 10 in the same way that we had level 9 CPUs before.

I like collecting figures so this is bad news for me lol
I don't have it on me, but the E for all demo had them filling up the screen a bit too much, too. They'll be rearranged and shrunk for actual release.

Nintendo's after that Skylander money.
Her arm guard and especially the rings around it look very different too, and the staff which is most noticeable with where the top part meets the shaft.
Her hair and dress textures are noticeable too, in the leak her hair looks more flat while the 3ds model has more lines for the hair.
There are 12 characters missing...it's gotta be temporary-ish
Back in the Brawl days when they were taking screenshots from the community, Sakurai made a point that he had a zero tolerance policy for sexually suggestive screenshots. There's a Nintendo "standard" that exists for their content, and fanservice isn't what you see very often. But then you get this. It's like Nintendo's trying to have it both ways. They give us ass shots and hot tubs, but then go on to tout their games and their image as though they're above that kind of thing, and any sexual implication we inferred was in our heads.
When people say "honesty about fanservice", they usually mean some kind of transparency about it. Not necessarily drawing a target on Samus's ass and saying "Yes, we meant for this to be enjoyed from a sexual perspective", but... something like that. If you're presenting fanservice, you should have no qualms about it, that's how I feel. And when I see this kind of thing from Nintendo, I have to ask myself, are they having qualms about this? Or are they being upfront?

Hopefully in his own game he gets some actual powers, since having a character who's only notable for not being able to jump and moving slowly doesn't make a very good action game contender.
Kinsei, I'm going to be really honest and say that I think you need to calm down. The fan service exhibited in that trailer by Palutena doesn't even reach the level of kitsch necessary for such a reaction. What's more, Palutena by nature has exhibited those tendencies in official material ever since Uprising was a thing. It falls in line with herself and isn't just done because "hey let's sell some shit to these dorks." *insert ass here*

Easiest thing is the staff. Curved parts are thinner in the leak. Ball looks smaller.
I'm not sure what you want them to do here.
