The wrinkle texture on the back of her shirt dynamically animates as she moves around, but that appears to be missing from the PS4 version. They used the same effect in Uncharted 2 for Drake's shirt, but I recall they didn't use it in Uncharted 3 (but maybe I'm remembering wrong). I'd have to guess this is a bug of sorts, because it seems silly they would drop an effect like this.

I'm quite sure the mesh doesn't actually change, it's just the texture/shader changing.

They used it in U3 on his desert outfit. Weird that its missing in TLOUR. its probably a small oversight.
