I would rather his entire moveset be around the paint brush.

The clown car was his dad's. The paint brush, while stolen probably is his.

The paintbrush was only in one game. Since then he has used a multitude of different mechs and toys to have battles. I think his use of fighting with mechs is more consistent than his paintbrush and why not use the most recognizable and iconic mechs from the Mario Universe which Bowser Jr. Has used from time to time.

His boss battles in Galaxy 2 were some of the best Mario battles in the entire series. Also E Gadd said that the paintbrush was his but it was stolen

As fantastic as that would be, 59 characters -- 61 of you count the separate Mii Fighters -- alongside a host of custom moves just screams overly-hopeful.

Absolutely, but it's still neat to throw something together and see how it looks. Minus the DLC I'd still be happy with that roster (or alternatively, the DLC but minus the other 5), but just the characters in the leak and nothing else would be a bummer due to the vet cuts and Dr. Mario taking priority over more likable clones.

Replace Ridley with Anthony Higgs and Lucario with Pichu Bros. and you have yourself a roster.

I would only ever willingly put Anthony on a roster if there was a mandate that there had to be an Other M rep because having fucking Adam would be horrific. I only like Anthony in a 'making the best of a bad situation' context, because meme's aside his only positive trait is that he's the only remotely decent person out of a game filled with dumbasses.

EDIT: Realistically speaking, Impa, Dixie Kong and Mach Rider are probably clones of Sheik, Diddy and Falcon respectively considering how huge the newcomer list would be if this all comes true. Not too big a bummer, especially since I can't see how they could make Ridley a clone of anybody and Mewtwo already has a perfectly fine moveset they just need to balance better!

Smash Boards mods seem fairly incompetent to me, entertaining the least plausible leaks. There was also that time when the full Brawl roster was leaked but GimpyFish vandalized the OP.

Thanks for the translation. So it's telling us that Dark Pit is in the game in some capacity, which we've known since the Palutena trailer.
