Okay need some advice on beating Malthael (solo) other than lowering difficulty, I found Master too easy with my Crusader so I upped it to Torment 1 and he is kicking my ass. Call it an issue of pride but I want to beat him first time in T1.
Should I just loot for better gear? I'm level 70 and the only thing giving me issues are Elites but he is the only thing that is able to kill me...

Consecration and the steed ability worked wonders for me on that fight.
GF and I were lower level when we got there on master difficulty. Quick movement is key.
It is not now, but the competetive portion, seasons, will never be released on console because of the rampant cheating. I think that is worth be unhappy about.
It ruins a big part of the game though, and really destroys the community of the game.

Maybe the quick match community, but you can find like minded players to play with through other means (like here).
I have avoided quick match like the plague.
Played around with Kadala and some enchanting last night and managed to get my damage up to around 400k from 220k. No real luck with drops, just some reasonable rare rolls and sockets. T1 isn't giving me any grief at all (occasionally in danger of dying if I get trapped by too many elites), although I'm pretty sure I should be killing quicker.
I haven't changed a great deal from my levelling build so that could be the problem.
I also tried that T6 "Miser's Will" bounty levelling exploit. Even with shitty luck on the spawn rate I got my WD to level 36 in probably less than an hour. It's also the worst kind of "just one more" addiction. D:

I tend to prefer quick match functionality because I play at odd times and not always for very long, but I won't touch it in this because of the hacked weapons. It's a real shame, and I personally (and I have all characters to 60 on vanilla PS3, so I could have benefited from the functionality) would have *much* preferred no character imports over the situation we have now.
I am running Justice with the Burst rune because I still need a generator until I get the Akkhan set bonuses. Then Blessed Hammer with Thunderstruck rune which I love and is great for AOE damage. Provoke with the Charged Up rune, Steed Charge with whatever I am feeling, currently Nightmare for some Fire damage, and lastly either Akarat's Champion with Firestarter again or Law of Valor with Critical; I jump back and forth. I have about 20% Fire damage boost too from a Cindercoat which helps with my Fire attacks too.
Then I have lightning damage increase on a bunch of my gear like Reaper's Wraps, Stone of Jordan, Schaefer's Hammer and I think a necklace too.

Holy shit. The RNG gods like me today. Already had the Cuisses of Akkhan, rift guardian drops breastplate of Akkhan and my first try with the mystic she gives me the gauntlets. Today is a good day. Just need two more now.

What are some good Crusder builds/play styles.
I'm using a ranged format, with the Zappy-Jump X attack, The Blinding Light for Square with damage increase, alternating between the timed blast/horse for Triangle, which pairs well with jump into the heavens R1, then law of... increased attack speed with life on hit, and then the shield throw R2 finisher. Works well, but just wanted to see what other people are doing.

As A witch doctor is elemental DMG factored into the weapon DPs already? Its just bonus DMG when I use a Skill that states it uses that elemental on the description right?
. Is skill bonus left out? Is skill bonus worth chasing at all?

Farming on normal coop with around 300k each and it seems about right speed. Maybe we should be moving to torment 1

I want to pick this game up so bad.
So I have Diablo 3 for PC. (just beat it yesterday) sooo much fun. Anyways, I want to get the expansion, I also have a ps4 and have over $300 in gamestop credit. I wouldn't play co-op very often but the thought of being able to play on the couch and through remote play would be cool.
Which version do you guys recommend getting? The PC expansion or the PS4 version.

Yeah the bounties appear to be bugged. Sometimes they disappear midway trough for me.
Bit annoying to have to do another one because the one you were doing didn't register as complete.

Good news as I start my Hardcore playthrough.
PS4 version. So great on a giant screen and I'm not sure the Nemesis / Mail system is on PC?
That is kinda Blizzard's fault for allowing imported saves from last gen. A feature that they could have easily cut out. It's not possible to mod saves on Xbox One and PS4 yet so everything is coming from the old gen.
It's not, but the PC version wins functionality-wise other than that.
Personally I'd base your decision on whether you would prefer playing with the controller or the KBM. Direct control of the character feels so much better to me, although you do lose a deal of targeting finesse that way.
What build are you running, and how quickly are you killing things? My stats are quite a way above those (I think, not at home at the moment), but I feel moving up to T2 would end up being too slow progress.

My DH surpassed Level 70 long ago and I just realized I never set a fourth passive skill. Whoops.
While we're on the topic: which DH passives do yall use? I'm using Blood Vengeance, Cull the Weak, Ambush, and Ballistics.

Yeah, the few games I have joined, there were wizards everywhere. While I like my Wizard, I think I will have to go back to WD like I have on PC.

I clear t3 with 500k in about 15 mins, no deaths. Another 15% crit and 150% crit damage and I can move on to T4 I feel.
Its less about the numbers and more about your chants, gems and spec. Efficiency over numbers. My DH bud had a hard time with t3 at 900k. I barely take damage and have streaks regularly hit 200 before running out of enemies, my only real issue is not enough crit, crit damage and Holy damage stack to get me to T4. Slowly working on upping it tho.
Is there a website or anything that does some theorycrafting? I want to know stuff like, 1% crit chance = Xstr. Is +20% skill damage more DPS than X% crit chance. Stuff like that.
Right now I'm looking at a rare neck to replace a legendary.
Rare Neck:
+88 All Res
+89% Crit damage
+7% Crit Chance
+70% gold from mobs
Reduces duration of control effects by 16%
Reduces cooldown of kills by 5%
Legendary Neck Rondal's Locket:
+16% Holy Skill Damage (my main damage type)
+665 Strength
+560 Armor (need to reroll it)
+91% Crit Damage
+4 Pickup radius
+20k HP from globes
The Legendary will obviously be better once I reroll the Armor, but for right now, is that +7% crit chance worth more than +16% Holy Skill? With Rondal's equipped, my holy DPS is 706k. With the rare neck with 7% crit, my holy DPS is back to base DPS (608k), but my crit is at a real nice 45% and +300% bonus damage. I think the Rondal's Locket is more DPS even with out the crit chance, the game is telling me the Rare is better (1 green triangle), but I'd like to know for sure and see the math, unfortunately I'm no math wiz. I really wish there was some kind of target dummy you can test your actual DPS out on.

I was playing with a buddy yesterday and got three Vyr set pieces in a matter of 30-40 minutes.
The first came as a result of adventure mode play.
The second came inside my first ever treasure goblin portal as a drop from defeating the boss.
The third came from Kalada.
I need to get a lottery ticket.

I still blame those that cheat. If they were not cheating, it would not be a problem. No one forced them to, and they should be punished for doing it.
If blizzard did not allow any transfering of saves there would have been an impact on sales. I don't know how much of an impact, but it would have been there.

I hit 47 in a 4 player rift today. It was one of those cramped dungeons and effects were just popping up everywhere. I'll probably end up getting it by accident somehow one of these days.
Highest I've had so far was like 22. :-(

I'm hoping that eventually these hacked items will filter out. I can't imagine playing this game if I had hacked/duped items. What would be the point once you beat the game?
What's funny is the people with these hacked items still suck and die constantly. What, your 30k DPS knife doesn't help you survive in T6? I'm shocked! I just wish there was a way to kick them from my games.

4-player rift or act 5 at the grave yard area (that's where I did it). I used blessed shield with jekangbord so it was easier.
I did it on Act
V graveyard map - right after you pick up the gypsy. Started at the teleport pad, dashed/teleported to the edge of the map and kept breaking items along the wall. That map has a lot of tombstones and quite a few of them are all lined up along the edge of the wall.
I am aware of that. And I understand what happen. What I don't understand is how he was able to join my game through quick match. Unless they forgot to include level based matchmaking. Never have I been able to join players 30 levels lower than myself.
