I can't just stand there and farm a cave... so boring. Maybe if I got a vita to remote play...

I'd rather roam the map, do missions and bounties, run across public events.

The skywatch public event spawns right behind you, and the fallen/hive war takes place right in front of the cave. It's not like you can stand there shooting for an hour and nothing else happens.

It's actually a decent spot. I just prefer the moon. It's quicker to get to and there are more enemies/more fun to shoot.

I've had two. For one of them I have to complete 25 motherfucking Strikes. I'm at 5, now. Bungie, what the hell have you been smoking?

Only one I have is the one I bought from Xur and I'm lvl 27.

It is Plan C the Fusion Rifle. I've nearly got enough strange coins for an armour and weapon piece when Xur turns up.

Hide behind the rock in the northwest corner of the room after clearing the initial mobs that are there (before big ogre guy breaks his chains).While you're hidden behind the rock only a few knights and thralls will aggro you and the rest wil ignore you. You can also hide behind it to avoid Boss projectiles.

I've completed most of my bounties. The only ones left are "Kill 3 Guardians with a Pulse rifle without dying or reloading" (which is fucking IMPOSSIBLE) or "Complete X Salvage matches" (which is retarded because Salvage only happens on weekends).

Now I don't know how to build rep anymore. Crucible or Patrol?

I've run into one every single time I've done a few patrol missions. Its damn near guaranteed. They've all been pretty cool so its all good in my book.

Honestly just wish I could patrol all the worlds, even after 20th level.

Weirdly enough, a team of three couldn't take him down, but when one of my Fireteam left, me and Flatulator managed to take him down in one go.

You can run a strike from the playlist of your level and get guaranteed gear upon completion. Even by Bungie RNG standards, you'd never go 4 days without coming across anything better than pre 20 equipment. You have to be actively throwing stuff away.

Sure. I wasn't the guy stuck for days. I just kept getting everything but rare gloves with some light. I got them eventually though (and no way did it take 4 days).

you can control your reputation and getting 100 vanguard and crucible marks every week. Focus on that and you can buy your legendaries.

People get lost kneeling before the alter of the RNG, hoping to cash in on a purple engram. Take this shit by the horns, up your reputation, strange coins and marks. You'll be 26 or 27 in under 2 weeks and can buy an exotic on the weekend. Any luck with purple engrams will be icing on the cake

Level 21 now, loving this game. It's extremely addictive and up to this point I actually strongly disagree that there's a lack of content or even lack of variety. Haven't finished the story yet, but between that, strikes, crucible, patrol, I'm never bored. The loot comes in at a nearly perfect pace. I never go too long without an upgrade and I always feel like I'm making progress towards something.

There's definitely a lull in progression once you hit 24 though. No rares will do anything for you at that point. That's why you see people complaining that they are stuck. You need to focus on rep and marks early so you have enough to buy legendaries and aren't wishing for engrams to drop.
