God damn it. Went to GMG and saw the 25% off voucher OCTOBE-R25OFF-GMGXXX, and then saw Civ Beyond Earth, and then saw the exoplanets in the exoplanet pre-order bonus...... bought the fucker

The exoplanets are all sounding pretty great but assuming there is workshop support, mods and dlc, I can't wait to see what else pops up!

Guess you're right. http://watchdogs.wikia.com/wiki/Season_Pass A bit confusing and I expect more from a season pass.

Also I can't find any complete editions of AC3 or 4 on Steam while I once bought AC2 GOTY (for PS3). Either I'm not looking hard enough or Ubisoft doesn't do that anymore. edit: Not looking hard enough, AC3 has a Deluxe Edition with everything while the Black Flag DE isn't complete.

Shadows of Mordor isn't too bad so far.
Nothing too special for me but is a nice change up to the AssCreed formula.
Have done 6 story missions so far. Will probably just continue on that course. Not a fan of moves being stuck to power missions though.

Dr.Dogg I can give you short version of what the story is so far. *Super Spoilers*

Talion is a ranger of Middle-Earth. Rangers are like the peacekeepers, they watch over the land and prevent the dark forces of Sauron from taking over. They're like Middle-Earth police. They are suppose to be guarding the Black Gate of Mordor. If you ever watch The Return of the King. It's the big black gate in front of Mt.Doom.

One day a mysterious figure called "the Black Hand of Sauron" stormed the home of the rangers. Killing Talion and his family. But Talion for whatever reason did not die. He was stuck between life and death. A strange elven wraith appear before him, told Talion that they are both cursed to live, and the only way to break the curse is to find Black Hand.

The wraith have long forgotten his own identity, and is willing to help Talion on his quest while also discovering his past. So together Talion and the wraith set out on their quest. The wraith provide Talion with many powers, because he is essentially living inside Talion's body.

Now if you wanna find out who the Wraith is....
Now if you play a bit more you will find out that the wraith later discover his identity to be Celebrimbor the famous Elven blacksmith of the 2nd Age. (Middle-Earth is in the 3rd Age right now). Celebrimbor was the one who was tricked by Sauron into creating the rings of power. As the journey continue Celebrimbor remembers more of his past and how he died. Which gradually restoring his powers, making Talion's combat strength even stronger.

Uh, can somebody try launching a ubi game ? I get an infinite 'connecting to the ubi network' when starting AC3. Servers down ?
I don't care if it's the case, it's just... Jase save game stories scare me :-S

If you have a Russian Shadow of Mordor-copy in your inventory, you can still activate it via VPN right?

Since there's no "onlyrunin" flag, you should be able to play without VPN?

If you don't know Max and you like fighting games, you should check out his YT channel... he got pretty famous for his "Assist Me!" series which did an in-depth tutorial on how to use a lot of the characters in UMvC3 and had some good production values as well. His sister being hot (she played X-23) was a nice bonus.

It was -- something to do with being swamped at work and the formatting for recommendations for the month not being done yet. He said he was hoping to finish up by week's end.

Hmm, it looks like the problem is not limited to me. The same thing is mentioned on Ubi facebook page by some users. Looks like the servers for AC3 are down.
I fucking hope so :-S

I blame Bethesda, because of my The Evil Within cancellation, I have way too much money on my Steam wallet and I just buy whatever >_>

Give me Korra already before I spend everything, Activision!

I appreciate how Monolith didn't waste time in the beginning. A bit of backstory and then plop you into the game proper.

Has there been any clarification as to what the difference between Sleeping Dogs PC and the Definitive Edition are?

How the hell can they only offer Almost?
Is this the case like with Tomb Raider where some really dumb DLC was in Sleeping Dogs like Markliplier?

Nah, cancelled The Evil Within on Steam because Bethesda still refuses to give us the specifics on why 4GB is "really recommended" for VRAM, or talk further on the shared VRAM thing, so I'm just getting this on PS4 to be safe, and will double dip when I upgrade my PC.
