The last thing I want to sound like is a shill or supporter, but.if the game developers themselves say they pushed the consoles as far as they could, why start shit? Ps4 isn't that much stronger than a mid lvl pc from 2012 and Xbox one isn't either. The whole resolition/parity debate is poisoned by pc geeks.

From someone who has 100% completed all AC games to date, not including those psp things. I am really enjoying the game so far. Yes, the frame rate and pop-in is noticeable. But this is a hell of a lot of fun to play and its gorgeous. Its annoying that uplay and initiates seem to be crashing and burning right now. Its impossible to link with the app as far as I know. One time trying to open initiates, it made the game freeze up and I had to close application

Either way I wonder if he even played a PC in the past...When Crysis came out and pretty much tanked everyone's PCs, people cared about that 5fps.

I do agree that the difference between PS4 and Xbone isn't huge, but it was it is. Play equivalent cards in the PC and you can always expect a difference. There is no real excuse for there being no difference unless they have achieved optimal performance. Which this game clearly hasn't. It seems like AC1 reborn.

forward in time in France to the Eiffel tower, but I didn't know there were scenes in the Middle Ages. We're all over the timeline!

Didn't really know if I should spoiler tag that, it's right at the beginning of the game.

Yeah, framerate and pop-in are just as unacceptable as I saw in streams. Shame. It's definitely playable but complete bullshit considering it could have been remedied with time or scale back of the NPCs.

That's a bummer. Hopefully they'll throw some patches out soon.


Waiting for the unpack on PC myself and hoping I get good performance there.
