It's the number 2 reason we end up firing people. Male institution? it's usually the women. Female institution? Also usually the women. My personal record is having to let someone go in under a week.

edit: frequently it's not the guards, but the "other" staff. nurses, counselors, teachers, etc. A union president lost her job over this.

i'm an administrator at a fairly large maximum security prison. so yes.

thats wild. never would of thought that. but i guess i can see how seeing he same people in that sort of work environment can get staff to do questionable things. is it that the inmates just have game, or is it that the staff just gets really thirsty? lol

Both, really. The inmates have a lot of time and a lot of motivation to get you to do things for them. A lot of times these are women no one would look twice at on the street, but are treated like supermodels inside the walls- and some of these dudes are in amazing shape. We have a powerlifting team and you should SEE those dudes. A lot of them have money as well- legally and illegally obtained. There was one story making the rounds about an inmate paying someone's mortgage.
