Why are you using AC Unity as a sarcastic counter remark when everybody hates it?
I love those games and Nintendo greatly, but I think Smash getting 1st place is due to its recent release and overhyping more than anything (usual GOTY problem with people memory). We should also see more diversity imo.
Then again this year really lacked in GOTY material, the unpolished/unfinished trend and being still early in this gen didn't help for sure.
The total is above 100% so I guess it's just a mistake and the Vita is at 1.78% or something along those lines.

...eh? It's pretty clear to me that they're using this tongue-in-cheek. Also, please explain that whole "European" thing. The last time a "master race" was relevant, the French didn't really profit from it.

Gamekult died when Poischisch, Trunks and Dr. Chocapic left (and I don't even like Dr. Chocapic). I still sort of like Yukishiro even though I can't stand his sarcasm.
Trunks will be missed, but there's still Puyo, Flameche and Boulap to keep Gamekult a reference in our french landscape. What I like with Gamekult is that they aren't as conformists as most sites, they speak their truth, without caring for what publishers may say in reaction. I respect that a lot. They still make mistakes (for instance as FIFA fans they missed how incredibly good off TV Fifa is
but overall they have great gaming roots, a real passion and good journalist skills.

Kinda weird,but i think Smash 4 is my most played game on the series, an easy recommendation, even over Bayonetta 2, unless you are looking for single player.Smash over Bayo 2 as GOTY?
Mario Kart 8, on the other hand...

Since I have a Wii U, I don't have to worry about the bugs or performance of the games.

Magnifique! France knows what's up, Wii U truly desserve it. Seriously PC + Wii U is the best combination for this gen. Hope I can manage to build a proper PC for gaming next year. Here's to an even more awesome 2015. A year where we would have a new Xenoblade and a new Zelda. Oh my!

The fuck are you talking about? It's the best Mario game since Galaxy and the best 3D platformer in the entire franchise.

Seems legit. PC in first by 10%, because it has great exclusives, that aren't represented on other platforms and great multi-plats. Wii-U and PS4 neck and neck. Wii-U has some great exclusives that aren't really represented on other platforms, but seriously lacking in multi-plats. PS4 is PC light, with just enough exclusives and great multi-plats.
I don't think Xbox sells enough there to rate, so it is what it is.

Gueguerre is usually saner than the other so-called serious sections of the forum. Actualites (News) hosts the larger number of trolls per virtual cubic feet (The Nintendofanboys are especially vicious, and get hyper active around Japan weekly hardware charts...).

Am I looking into things, or do you consider this to be disturbing because the term 'master race' could be related to the Nazi version of that term just because it's a European publication? Or is it because it's difficult to take them serious for using an internet meme to represent the platform?

Kind of both. Like I said, is just tasteless. Neither saying that "publication is nazi" more like " I found disturbing that is that disconnected to use a problematic meme".
Also, pretty sure that master race is often used today as "nazi related stuff" outside the gaming enthusiast, so dunno why would be another term.

I think your giving a cheeky image more weight than necessary. The whole point of it is, that it is so ridiculous, it should never be taken seriously.
PC Master Race image still getting some use, haha.
Good to see some appreciation for the stellar output from Nintendo this year. And some pretty cool new PC games on that list as well (Divinity Original Sin).

No, the Vita number is more likely to be a mistake. Adding up the percentages makes it over 100%, so Vita being in last place is more likely to be at 1.78%
