Rumor : Is Dying Light delayed again?

Guessed as much. They would have just squashed any silly rumors as quickly as possible on social media. The only reason to wait this long to say anything is to prepare a statement which in itself pretty much confirmed that somethings up. Disappointing to say the least because it doesn't seem like the delay is to further improve the game but to change content due to recent events. Hopefully the actual game somehow benefits from it instead of just having the amount of content reduced.

Time to chancel the Preorder if they delay it.
Next Month i will be busy playing Evolve, so i guess i wait for a Steam sale and get this then.

This better not be delayed again, it was my last hope for January :/
If it is indeed delayed, we don't know why yet.
Maybe there is a hostage situation in a kosher supermarket that needs taking out.

Delay sucks as fucks if true. Three games I was looking forward to the most this year - Witcher 3, GTA 5 and Dying Light - all delayed ? Fuck this year already.
If they take out something of the game, what about the people who already preloaded the game?
We don't know yet for sure what's going on, but I think it's a shame for an "apolitical" zombie game to cut out a portion because of recent events. It's not like it'll reflect reality.. That's my two cents about the matter.

I hope it's only delayed in France or worst case scenario in Europe.
That way I can still buy it on US Psn Store.
But if it's delayed everywhere than I don't care anymore.
In March & February I'll play other games (Bloodborne, Order, RE: R2 ....).
This delay will singlehandedly kill the game. RIP Techland.

It is very hard to have info on that case, because Warner Bros don't give any information on Dying Light in France, this is made by an agency.

No, this is not what I mean. We were told by Micromania that Dying Light was delayed, then by Fnac.com, and then we saw Amazon.fr was making the same.
What we can't know officially by now is the official word of Warner Bros.
I'm conflicted about this, whilst I do understand about the need to be sensitive I'd also be disappointed if they were to change anything due to recent events. Those fucking scumbags who carried out the attacks would love that they were having an effect and affecting freedom of speech.

I've been searching their facebook and twitter today, but so far they've been quiet.
From what I've just read on facebook, that's one of three maps.
There is the slums, old town and the city.
That's like what they did in Dead Island too.

Three maps? That's good if true. I always thought there was just the slums (which is the area that has been shown the most) and the old town. Cool if there is a city map too.

Cutscenes and parkouring look good, but the combat seems mind numbingly dull. I'd like to be proven wrong as the concept is a solid one, but I think this is going to be another Dead Island..
