Don't expect anything English announced. Atlus USA may announce something after it though (mainly P5 english news or P4D english news. Aniplex handles the movie stuff so don't expect an english localization announcement for that at this event)

I wouldn't hold out for a dub announcement of the movies until after all of them are done and released in Japan. That's all Aniplex and entirely separate from Atlus USA and how game localisation works so I doubt we'll be getting them any time soon.

Unfortunately, it's probably going to be something like that. My guess is that it will be all of the individual character trailers uploaded last year in sequence, which should make it last about 25-30 minutes. Then, another countdown to the P4AU event of the same type.
