It's 9:00pm where I live and you bastards are going to make me go out and get this game right now. I was going to wait until Friday, I guess not.

This thread has inspired me to reroll my character when I get home. God dammit. Oh well, like every souls game the progress will be fast and thick on the second go through.

Darius Crowley at your service.

The female hunters look great. Seems like its easier to get a cool looking girl hunter than it was for me to get a cool looking male hunter. I tried mightily to give my hunter the gruff look I was going for but something always looked a little off. After 10 minutes i said fuck it and picked one of the face templates.

Phone reception is more important to me than human rights
Claire Underwood!

It reminded me of Tilda Swinton and her role in the movie Constantine.

Amazing characters, this is the only BloodBorne thread I will inhabit until I get the game.

Professor Badass, the Jean Reno mention.....already got some ideas I plan on copying...lol.

So many great characters. It seems the customization is miles better than in Souls.

It is. You can make good looking characters here. Like really. Not "spending 4 hours making a female that looks decent while males are all downright hideous". Legit good looking chars.

Funny, given that Dragon Age I looks shit the second you're out of the char creator, and that DAI has horrid options for hair.

Mine.

This game has clearly worse hair with lots of aliasing.

And I haven't had that issue with Dragon Age. My character was faithful to my selections, and the faces can be morphed far more, are higher res, and more realistically lit in world.

Created a female character earlier today, too. Will have to take a better picture of her later. Looking at all the creations people have posted makes me wish I spent more time with my first one. Wanted to get into the world asap so I pretty much just used a bunch of presets. On the plus side, I at least spent a wee bit more time customizing my female toon.

From continues the tradition of making it really easy to make ass ugly characters. And seriously, developers, ya'll gotta' do something your eyebrow technology.

Why would you even say that. The aliasing has nothing to do with it anyway. We're talking about the styles.

And "worse hair" ? Er excuse me but the hairstyles in Dragon Age are total ass. There's like one acceptable haircut and that's about it.

The textures in dragon age look way better. And you can fine tune everything. Much more advanced.

The problem being that if you want your character to look good while talking you are forced into the one model they had in mind.

Once i'm home, I'll gladly share my ps4 screens of my dozens of attemps at making something that didn't look like the generic hero (which is ironically what yours look like to).

I felt more free in Bloodborne to create something I liked, than I was in Dragon Age that had a far more elaborate char creator. And I said that, but the hairstyles are disgusting in DA.

She looks pretty tho.

Ok, I finally have hands on the game. I feels like it has been out for a week already.

I'm probably going to spend a looooong time in the character creator.
