If you're a fan of a sports team, start counting from one and try to think of a player that wore that number throughout your teams history. If you take too long to think of a player for a certain number, just skip it and move on to the next one.

Honestly, losing weight did it for me.When I was damn near 400 pounds I lasted minutes. Now generally I last anywhere from the average to the point where I can tell my girlfriend wants me to hurry the fuck up. I don't know anything about your situation but stamina was a wonderful side effect of a healthier lifestyle. Something I didn't even consider when I first started.


EDIT: Also, try putting nails into your perineum. Worked for Albert Fish.

Easiest solution - start with a BJ or HJ, finish, and then have actual sex when you're back up for round 2.

If your girl isn't into that, start with missionary or any other position that let's you control the tempo/depth. If you feel yourself getting close, pull out and switch positions. It's like real-time edging.

I have the opposite problem (No issue with ED, just delayed ejaculation) which makes sex always a long session (sometimes 2-3 hours) before I climax and puts a lot of anxiety on girlfriend.

Don't follow this man's advice. This is what I think put me into my situation, and which I'm trying to remedy (no porn and no masturbation helps). I had a dry spell for a while (break up that didn't go well) and I was also super busy. So I would do the firm grip + porn to get off quickly to relieve stress. Bad idea.
 
Alright, so since the first page is going to be nothing but jokes I'm hoping for some realness to hit on the second. It hasn't always been this bad, but let's say that recently my sexual stamina has been underwhelming. Both during sex and masturbating. I don't really care about the latter, but the former can be embarrassing for sure. I don't need to be some porn star fucking for hours on end, but I do need to step it up.

So what are some things I can do?

Stop watching porn and or working it to porn. Try a dry spell, go a month or so without anything. If you have to jerk off take it slow without porn. Porn kills longevity.

yeah, jack off a few hours before hand. that will give you enough recharge time that you might even be able to recover while you're actually having sex.

You should have a good idea about your go-cycle before you start experimenting with it.
 
Condoms help you last longer.... But also try the mlb trick. Name every pro baseball team you con or even all 50 U.S. States.... You will focus on that and not on busting a nut too quick.

Try edging. Get yourself to that point then stop. Rinse and repeat. Be careful though if you become a real edgemaster you'll have the opposite problem.

I sorta just do this in general with sex, even though this isn't really an issue I have. Makes it longer, which girls seem to be into.

I tend to have quickness issues if I'm not on the bottom. I'm 99% sure it's from that being the way I'd usually handle myself when I'm alone so it's more familiar to my body.

So I have thought of this before, thicker condoms, but I can only use magnum condoms and shockingly they don't come in an "extended pleasure" variety. At least Trojan doesn't make em like that, I haven't shopped around that much
 
Eat a couple squares of dark chocolate about 30 mins prior. You'll go longer and when you are done you'll still be hard for at least 5 mins.

70% cocao is all you need.
