Before someone wastes their time, there's virtually no point in using a VPN to buy Lego Dinosaurs on GMG RU.

That's ~$33, or ~$26.50 after the -20% code.

I like Warhammer 40K but I don't like RTS, so that pretty much leaves me with Space Marine...which I just replayed recently. It's such a cool looking tabletop game and seems like it should have more videogames worth playing based on the universe but beyond Dawn of War and Space Marine, there doesn't look like much.

There's also Regicide, which is a mixture of chess and a turn based tactics game (based on the in fiction Regicide game)

Early Access, though.

I hope Lego Jurassic World isn't going to just use the voices from the movie, that was terrible in the Lego LOTR games and there was no humor in the cutscenes.

Space Hulk: Ascension is supposed to be pretty good, although I didn't play it myself.

Pity there aren't demos for both.

Going by the user reviews it looks like they've turned things around from the initial release of Space Hulk. With the Steam summer sale looming I'll just wait but I'll probably grab either if they go on sale.

I'd probably break my chair if Dying Light doesn't go lower than 33% this coming summer sale.

Order your new chair now, so you have it on hand when your HULK RAGE leaves you without a place to sit.

Humour in the cutscenes? Now I've heard it all. :D
I mean, I suppose a few things I've seen in the LEGO games (some of the HULK bits in Marvel, maybe one or two things in Harry Potter) made me chuckle a bit, but I just found most of it wasn't funny.

Random interesting link time. Not Steam, not even PC, but still computers-related:

Sos Sosowski (McPixel) programming a c64 game. On actual hardware. Been running for 2 hours already, so I'm not sure how long will he be streaming.

So I just finished Paper Sorcerer... and I'm not sure if it's a good game or a bad one.

It does some things well and it does some others god damn awfully.

Also, the last boss is pretty damn frustrating.

What does that thread even mean? Is he just discovering that Uplay acts like steam?

Until like, 2 months ago at least, to install Blacklist via Uplay, it downloaded a DVD image, installed from that, then when you ran it, it downloaded a patch, then installed that, then you ran it again, it downloaded the next patch, etc.

What the shit

Even better, after a few days of working fine, it suddenly started to pingpong back between 2 patches, installing .1, then finding .2 and installing that, then finding .1 and installing that, and... then I gave up in disgust.

And this is why you only deal with uplay through steam.

I really want the series to include PC gaming and Steam.

lol this picture:
To be fair, he talks about quality and not price and release politics. But, of course, even there people could argue. And of course throwing Witcher in when he talks about WB.
Interesting decision. Not really opposed to the decision regarding this specific game.
