This would have made sense at PS4 launch, like when the game came out first, now... well it doesn't exactly have a shining reception behind it to attract new players and resolution or frame rate doesn't matter all that much here for existing fans. Heavy Rain was received a lot better and it's older too and could use a remaster.

The game was awful. Sony need to pick better game to remaster for PS4. They have PS3 first and second waves (Warhawks, Demon's Souls, inFamous..ect) if they want to remaster older PS3 games.

I'd have to agree with Demon's Souls. They really need to release a remastered edition for that.

Oh God why not Warhawk instead of Beyond: Two Souls? That would've been so good considering how Warhawk launched when PS3 install base was tiny and most people missing out.

Beyond: Two Souls is a bad game. It completely shuns gameplay (if QTE dinner sections qualifies as gameplay) in favor of story. Fine, but the actual writing so terrible and tacky. It compromises so heavily on gameplay for a story that's worse than B-rate television.

Just got it for PS3 a few weeks ago. First Uncharted, then Beyond, and we'll probably get a Kingdom Hearts HD Collection for PS4 as well, and that one I bought for PS3 too. I'm tired of it, but I don't complain about the PS4 ports coming out.

Kingdom Hearts needs to happen. I've been holding off on the ps3 version because I'm anticipating a ps4 announcement like FFX.

I genuinely believe WarHawk for PS3 to be the best multiplayer action game of all time on any platform.



Just watched that Kara trailer, looks as hamfisted and corny as ever, rubbish dialogue and the robot actually has a neon blue beating heart? Cage just can't help himself can he. What a waste of a budget, imagine what any number of adventure game developers could do with all that.

No they don't.

Heavy Rain was the only one that was good, but then the "twist" happens and retroactively shits the bed for the story, in my mind. Beyond was a mess from start to finish and might have worked if they did a linear timeline, but continually trying to force a romance option is absurd as was a lot of the "infraworld" stuff that felt like it was being made up on the fly.

Indigo Prophecy... I have no idea what any of that was, but I don't feel good thinking about it.

This is a perfect choice actually. It's a game that was released very close to the PS4 launch and people (like me) deliberately didn't buy the game because they have assumed that a PS4 port will happen.

Given the amount of rumours and "proof" it was in development at some point but was either cancelled for whatever reason or Sony is waiting to fill another empty period without any exclusives.

This should be the June game instead of GoW 3, now that's an odd choice, I don't know who is waiting for that and I'm a huge GoW fan.

Nice for those who want it. I was very impressed by Heavy Rain but only rent it for two days (One playthrough and be done with it) and never had intention to try Beyond but there are so many other games I would like to see on PS4 as Remasters. As already mentioned in here Puppeteer is my biggest wish. Game is brillant in 3D but ran awful on PS3. Such games would benefit from a PS4 version so much more than an already somehow good looking and working Beyond: Two Souls. Same goes for Folklore. Never played it but only heard great things about it. It would make perfect sense on a PS4 now with the superior Dualshock 4. Why is Sony so dumb sometimes? Argh

Probably because they would fail to hit the 100k spot. Dumb gamers instead then.
