This argument about exclusive fall games is BS, after this E3 you would mad to go against Fallout 4 and Star Wars Battlefront

For real. Fallout 4 is gonna rip everyones asshole out and eat it for dinner. There is 3 other huge games coming out that same week or very close to it. They about to get slaughtered save for cod

Sony 4/10.

+ Horizon
------------------------------
- Trying to garner hype for a game 7 years overdue, not coming this year
- Final Fantasy 7 remake as one of the biggest events, not exclusive.
- Not a single mention of Vita except for a picture and a weak montage.
- Literally launching a kickstarter live on a E3 press conference, made me embarrassed for them.
- Uncharted 4 as their big showrunner, a game we have already been teased, had gameplay demos of.
- One (1) new exclusive game was shown.
- BETAS BETAS BETAS
- CONSOLE EXCLUSIVITY

Although I'm not as down on it as you are, im in agreement with this summary. How are people excited for games that are 2-3 years off? Horizon looked amazing, but most of the rest of the announcements were just lip service to try and cover up the fact they have nothing this year...

Pretty good conference as far as games go, though the exclusives weren't really that strong for me.

FFVII is pretty exciting, I never beat the original. It's not my favorite FF (rather see 4 or 6 get a remake) but I'm still down for it. Though I can't help but feel they should do another game instead of a remake.

TLG looked good but it looks alot like Ico and doesn't seem to break new ground.

Uncharted looks like Uncharted, I've never been a fan of cinematic games.

Shenmue is just a kickstarter at this point, so we're looking at another few years at the least before this pays off.

Media Molecules project isn't a game, I have no interest in it.

Horizon is my favorite of their conference. New ip, looks breathtaking, gameplay looks innovative. Though I'm not a huge fan of KZ I want to give this a try.

Good conference, about the same as MS for me. Third parties are still the best for announcements though, nothing has gotten me hyped like Battlefront and Knights of the Fallen empire.

I give it 9.5/10 only because they didn't show anything for vita except for the world of final fantasy game. But overall best E3 conference

I am not an expressively enthusiastic person but that show had me waving my arms around like kermit the goddamned frog.

Im worried that this is a "Wii Music" year for Nintendo. They tend to follow their great years by falling flat on their faces.

This, I feel for ms, they do what people always moan about, exclusives, new ip, big games, 360 games, new ui, etc and people say it was boring.

Sony show a couple of exusives, go on about getting dlc first and show a kickstarter and a remake and they are the second coming.

No Mans Sky does look awesome but, maybe I just am not to interested in the giant dog game and shenmu (or what ever it is)

This was one of the most genuinely bizarre conferences i've ever seen.

All of that happened in one conference.

That's not fair. My heart could barely handle it and really had to fight back tears, it's been an so long of my gaming life waiting for these titles it's insane. I don't understand, how can they drop 3 nukes in one hour like that?

I'm not 100% sure why this is being hailed as the best E3 conference ever?
Uncharted looked absolutely amazing and I like what I saw of Horizon but the rest was pretty average. In that I mean there were a heap of amazing games shown but most are coming to other platforms so they hardly count as a "win".
FF7 remake was cool to see but isn't exclusive. Shenmue 3 is obviously a big deal but it was really just an announcement of a kick starter?? WTF? Surely Sony should just fund it if it means that much to them?
It was a solid conference for sure but really when I think back it was more like a slight of hand where they dazzled with lots of flashy stuff that wasn't as big of a deal as they made it out to be.
I also find it funny that now having COD on your show is a big deal haha.

In the end I still came away thinking I'll be picking up another PS4 for Uncharted and Horizon so I guess it worked lol

Damn, Sony really nailed! Very little filler. Shorter, better paced, and to the point with some of the biggest megatons in E3 history! The Last fucking Guardian with Fumito Ueda actually there!! Fuck yes!!

There are going to be huge third-party games every year to compete against. It's a valid complaint leveled at Sony and it's the only real negative of their conference this year.

Sony execs broke into the Microsoft and Nintendo offices last night and made blood sacrifices out of Banjoe-Threeie and Mother 4. It's the only explanation at this point

I agree with the YouTube panel on the Sony conference.

It gets a A+ for hype, that is for sure. But once the dust settles, the big highlights for me were:

A kickstarter

FFVII remake (not console exclusive, like the port was) and a CG trailer with No release date

No Mans Sky no release date

The Last Guardian looking EXACTLY like it did 6 years ago

Sony have pulled a blinder on the hype side of things. But what strong titles do they have coming for this holiday that need a PS4?

Well apparently Sony's been selling at record pace since it launched despite the "Sony haz no gamez" so what's another year? /s

Best E3 in years for Sony sure they're lacking this holiday but they released exclusives early this year there ain't no pre season at Sony they're playing the long game and currently it's winning them the gen so they're not worried why are you?

Honestly, for me... not the best conference (Bethesda has the lead so far)...

It's good to see TLG again but... 6 years and in the graphic department we saw nothing (no improvements or graphics updates).
Hitman: Seems okay, but it's also on PC...
FF7 remake... Yay... but no dates...
Shenmue III: Kickstarter? really?... Even Sony couldn't finance the development of that game? (BTW... 2016 or 2017 best case scenario)
Uncharted 4: Unfortunate the demo freeze... but it's okay
No Man's Sky: No dates (PS5?)
BO III: meh...
Disney Infinity: No opinion
Battlefront: BF 4 with Star Wars skin

Yeah, I know many of us wants some of the games listed and Sony delivered, but the way in which it seems that showed, they had nothing prepared and began to pull last minute hype everywhere...

We'll see what happens this year with all these annoucements...

10/10, as ElTorro said this was fan-fiction gone real. The best conference I've ever seen content-wise, perfectly fit my tastes.

Seems to me that the gaming world still has Sonys dick deep in their mouths.

You'll go far here.
