Just saw the naming conventions for the Au Ra; this stuff is boss. Older-style Japanese names are far more flavorful than those of the past century. I love them. My female protagonist has a Japanese name (
) and now I sort of regret not going with the game's conventions.
Any Mongolian speakers know how realistic all those names are? I know just a few Mongolian words, but... none of those words in the game.
You have good taste; those are my two favorites as well. Would pre-order a remake of either one a year in advance and have no regrets.

Gonna agree here. They didn't add THAT much music between 2.2 and 2.5. I could see maybe paying 25-30 since it is a Blu-Ray, but not 50.

pretty sure that the invitee has to get at least a 30 day sub for the rewards. I recruited a friend when he was still on his 30 free days and got the friendship circlet when he paid for his first sub.

If they threw in a minion, like they did for Before Meteor and A Realm Reborn, this would be easy -- buy the music at retail price, sell the minion -- voila, instant discount.
Yeah looks like you just need to recruit them to get the first 5 feathers from your first 5 recruits. Friendship Circlet, the chocobo mount, and all the other feathers require actually adding game time.

The status of my CE order is still listed as "Order sent to warehouse". What does that even mean? If they still haven't even dispatched it, it sure as hell wasn't gonna get here by early access day even if tomorrow wasn't a public holiday... Hell, I'm beginning to worry that it's not even gonna get here in time for release day.

you need the code from the collector's edition to get your collector's edition items, like the mount, fantasia etc.
having to wait extra time for the stuff considering the price of the product we bought just because they didn't ship in time is dumb.
If it makes you feel any better, mine still just says "pre-order".
