So this is what was in the Attack on Titans basement after all! I'm kind of happy to see an old school anime in 2015 considering g how different it is when compared to the rest of the season. It comes with it's own set if problems as the art style isn't that pretty but I appreciate it trying to maintain the 90's feeling. Man that OP is way too edgy though I couldn't stop laughing. It was fine but I wasn't overall impressed. All I kept thinking was this.

Agreed, this will be a fantastic comedy, especially if it continues on with it's extra ridiculous pace too, laughed so much with this one.
Armored Trooper VOTOMS 31-32
While the Space Vietnam arc had Chirico at his most lucid and comfortable, it's really hard to watch him in this part of the story, broken by his past. In a way, we see him through Fyana's eyes, a once proud man driven to suicidal battle-lust by the pain of what he's lived through. It's the most tragic this series has been yet.
At this point the story seems to be playing up parallels between Chirico and the Perfect Soldiers, particularly with those two scientists studying Ypsilon. That could be saying a lot of different things.
The revelation that
raises a ton of questions, and I have no idea where that'll lead. I just want Chirico to find some peace.

The soundtrack has taken a really appropriate direction. There's a lot of great ambient space stuff, and they use the piano ED theme beautifully.

the ship they're trapped on is controlled by a party that isn't Balarant, Gilgamesh or the Secret Society

The comedy between Agetha, Rinne, and Sakura works really well and carries the show a lot father then anything before it has. I'm sad we're never going to get to more serious action ala InuYasha but the series is good for what it is.

But Vice Prez and sleep chan are making my kokoro go doki doki.

I'm on episode 160 of Gintama, am I the only one who doesn't really like the Otsu-chan episodes that much

Tora made so many mistakes while neogociating , it's not even funny .
But well it was an alright first episode ..hopefully the 2 girls will have a legit reason to stay close.
ushio seems like an alright character...he has a lot to learn especially regarding curiosity !

At the halfway point, and Chocolat is still incredibly behind. She doesn't look much like her mother. So much for that friendship with Yurika. Holidays should be good for her, and they actually were for Chocolat. She's good with kids and girls. They really need to force an answer out of Pierre and figure out who he is. Or they should've but that isn't necessary now. Seems like an odd time for him to reveal himself, especially when he knows others know their location. Did he plan for the Members to be there? Thankfully Vanilla Ice is a true bro. An actual fight. Woo and Sould really aren't very good at this whole bodyguard business. Duke is actually decent at it, though he's bad at playing dumb. This should lead to a change in how they treat Pierre, because the same wishy-washy behavior won't fly anymore.

I don't like Otsu in general. Considering how long she's been in Gintama it's just been wasted potential.

I'm definitely getting my fill of battle Shonen this Summer Season, so good. I'm loving the 90s throw back this series is giving me especially since the manga was written in the 90s. I love how Mappa still kept the aesthetic of the manga while giving it a bit of a modern touch. The comedic parts are really good and I loved Ushio's transformation. Hopefully Mappa does a great job on this anime.
I thought Summer would be mediocre but it's actually turning out better than I thought.

I can't believe it finally happened. What an incredible love confession scene. I was so sure they were just going to fake us out again, but then Nat-chan steps up and just comes right out and says it. And then Ei-chan gets all flustered about how he didn't get to say it first. It was really adorable. I'm glad they finally got it all out and the open and decided to actually be a couple. I'm happy they didn't drag it out until the All-Japan Junior, which was what I had been expecting.

I am so ready for this.
I usually watch 5 or 6 shows at a time. Thats a pretty manageable amount I feel. You can still get full enjoyment and focus on each series.
Same. I've been watching ongoing anime since 2006. Sometimes I take breaks (usually to focus on something else) but I haven't left completely lol.
I don't feel jaded either. Still watching the stuff I've been watching since I started (slice of life, generic romcom, harems, etc).
I have watched new anime every year since I started. Really theres just so much, you have to keep up or you become one of those "all anime sucks now it used to be way better" types.
I am so ready for this.
