Yeah Yamato would be pretty awesome. Female Japanese pro-wrestlers are pretty badass and she captures them really well.

Like, I've never used Urien before nor do I particularly like his design but I'm not gonna hope that he never makes it into another Street Fighter game because I respect that enthusiasts of the character see something in him that I don't. It doesn't help that a bunch of people are dismissing all Mika and Karin fans as pervs who will never actually touch the characters competitively, which is both condescendingly dismissive and really presumptuous to boot.

No, it's not saying that at all. I hope it's not true, and I hope they're not in, but that doesn't mean you can't think differently lol. Not everyone's gonna be excited.

Karin I'm on board for but I hope Mika gets a redesign. And not by the person who gave a happy trail to Birdie.

I'm not saying everyone has to be excited, but it would be nice it some were at least courteous. If you're not happy at a roster pick, don't lash out at that character's fans just because one of your faves hasn't been announced yet.

Rufus is definitely worse than El Fuerte, and IMO Juli and Juni are pretty dang uninspired too.

I don't understand Jack(Left and Right)

Fuerte is a dumb character, but at least he's viable now.


Not that viable but he's annoying as shit to play against

Nobody's lashing out at the fans, that's the thing. Saying "I hope this rumor is false" isn't the same as "Anyone who's happy right now is a motherfucker", despite what you seem to think haha.

Ya the EX characters were goofy as shit, but none of them ever felt really out of place. Fuerte just doesn't feel like he was designed with SF in mind.

As awesome as it might be for these characters being included in SFV, I want to see what the new characters look like & how they will handle. I still want a Canadian UFC fighter to be added, unless a mixed martial arts fighter is already included in the series.

C'mon, man. You'd have to be blind to miss the number of people dismissing all Karin/Mika fans as perverts or stating that asking for the characters should be "punishable by death." The salt is so concentrated it could melt a skating rink.

I feel the same way about R.Mika...

EDIT: I can't decide if the Cammy clones or R.Mika is the straw that caused the shark to be jumped in regards to the Alpha series...

Only one guy said the punishable by death thing lol. And people are only saying Mika fans are perverts! Not that there's anything wrong with that.

If the rumor is true, I suspect Dhalsim was included as a technical showcase. He was the most difficult character to animate in SFIV, and sometimes the dev team likes to include certain characters because of their complexities (like Shuma-Gorath in MvC3).
