It's more or less assumed.
Every lead up to a release in recent years, Comic Cons have been reveal venues.

The Arthur reveal for MvC3 at NYCC2010 was hype as hell.

But Cammy and Juri are fun to play as. I know there's some out there who only want them in for the reasons you're alluding to, but I don't see why that would be the assumption when someone says they want them back.

The reason I excluded Karin is because I've never played a game that she's in.

Except Sakura's thing is following Ryu while Karin's thing is challenging Sakura. Karin's impetus has always been about Sakura... So, yeah, you can have Karin without Sakura ... But why?

Well, her Zaibatsu sponsors Mika for one so perhaps she's going on tour with Mika to see what her family's money is going into? There's always the eternal fallback of Bison because apparently he wronged everyone at some point because that's kind of his thing :p

Why not? It's a good opportunity to branch the character into more than a salty ojousama trope story-wise

One of her main reasons for involvement in SFA3 was Shadaloo threatening her family's company. She's also connected to R. Mika and she looks up to Ken although the dynamic is quite a bit different than the Sakura/Ryu one.

Sakura will probably be DLC too.

I looove Karin, she is my main in SFA3.
Rainbow Mika is pretty interesting too, I like her personality and design. And she looks like Baby Spice.

I actually think Fuerte probably has the most "Classic" SF design of all the newcomers, alongside Hakan. Vaguely real-world fighting style plus national stereotypes, just like most of the classic world warriors. Plus they aren't overly anime like Juri or C. Viper and they've got a lot more personality than Seth or Abel.

His fighting style didn't really mesh with SFIV but I don't think it needs to go away. It was fun seeing a high mobility, dynamic character like that. He literally plays like no one else (except MAYBE Ibuki) and I think with a little retooling Fuerte could be great.

Rufus was THE shit design from SFIV and hell, I even kinda liked him. At least he had personality.

I dunno, you could argue that rainbow mika's super is the predecessor to his whole 'running' mechanic (she runs forward and does different actions depending on which button you press, giving it a good high/low/whatever mixup) :3
Again I also notice in omega he actually ended up getting something very much like her peach shooter XD

Yeah, I keep thinking that I should watch a movie or something to take my mind off the wait. But, I'm just gonna sit here and check GAF for the next 1-2 hours.

Here's hoping we get... Anything, really. "Surprises" can mean a character or just Ono yelling "BOO" into the microphone for 40 minutes.

Karin'd be fantastic, though!

Poison
Juri
Sakura
C. Viper
Dhalsim

But I am no Street Fighter expert so what do I know. I will try to really get into it with SFV though. I'm primarily a Tekken guy.

And now I also want a Filipina character in Street Fighter, after I got my wish with Tekken 7 lol.
