Original Xbox Games ( I think Grabbed by the Ghoulies is the only one), runs at native 1080p. Not sure about FPS.

360 games are BC games.

I super wish they bumped those 360 games to 1080p and ported them over, but that's probably a lot more work for a $30 collection.
I asked this too before but never got a response. I guess that means games like Perfect Dark Zero stay at sub 720p.

From what I've read, Grabbed by the Ghoulies seems to be 1080p/60 fps

The 360 games are as they were because of backwards compatibility. The emulated ones I suspect improvements were made as necessary (like frame-rate mainly) and obviously Ghoulies getting 1080/60

Successful enough to get a sequel unlike any of their other (non-Kinect) games!

I don't think Kinect Sports is the rule in the industry for the definition of "major success", i'd consider it to be a lot more than that tbh. They made a lot of money, I think that sufficient.

The Kinect Sports games' success was certainly a "major success" for Rare at least. It's definitely not one of the most successful franchises in the industry, but it was the first time Rare had their own major success in a long time.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but do we know if games with multiplayer will have online options? I'd love to coop Battletoads Arcade with buddies in Colorado via LIVE.

It's a bit of a shame the 360 versions of the games will use the achievements you already earned. I was looking forward to replaying things like kameo like it being fresh again. Ah well still a good deal even though I own all the ones I could play right now via backwards comp so it loses a bit of value for me personally.

Whenever I watch gameplay videos of Grabbed by the Ghoulies (I've never actually played it), I usually never really see what's wrong with the game?

The gameplay and combat does seem a bit repetitive, but I don't really see anything else bad about it. It just seems like a fun little beat 'em up with a cool atmosphere.

I mean, come on. It has the Rare charm and humor, and it has a soundtrack by Grant Kirkhope! What's not to like if you're a Rare fan? I don't know why everybody seems to bash it. :p

It's a very decent game. The problem is that it was the first console release by Rare in years that wasn't really on par with previous titles in terms of quality (I'm not counting Mickey Speedway which was a quick cash-in project). The bar was very high for Rare games at the time and everyone was disappointed that this wasn't another super quality game, and that reflected negatively in the game's reviews.

Fallen Xbot (cannot continue gaining levels in this class)
Its a really fun linear arcade/beat em up game. Just do not expect a sprawling adventure
Yeah, arcade is a good description. Very old school feel. It's basically a series of individual rooms with unique challenges to over come, some timed. Presentation is great, funny, and totally charming. I LOVE the game and will buy this just for annual Halloween play throughs.
