You're fucking with me a guy said earlier it was available on the 8th. I mean I'll download it no problem as I have fast Internet but it's still shitty
I'm not the one who said it before, but unless PSN is handling Fallout 4 differently than every other preorder with preload it will be up Nov 8th at 1pm ET.

My impressions about that XB1 stream:

Textures are really bad overall, but the art direction is great! The visuals are clean and very colorful! The draw distance seems pretty decent for me, and the landscape is beautiful! It's looking pretty similar to what I've seen in the gameplay trailers, and that's awesome.

Animations looks really good now! I totally can see myself spending a huge ammount of playtime using the 3rd person camera.

Can't speak much about the gunplay cause the guy took much of his time just wandering around, totally lost, without knowing where to go! But the little I saw, I liked.

It seems a huge improvement over Fallout 3 and New Vegas! I'm really releived about the XB1 version and am ready to jump in.

Gameplay spoilers from pc stream

It looks like you can actually use companions to hack (and lockpick I guess?) stuff for you if theyre good at it
Also, mines take longer to blow up,which I dont really like, kinda defeats their purpose

Is this xbox or pc? Looks pretty good and much better than anticipated for xbox in comparison to those leaked screen, compressed or not. Is this running on medium pc specs?

It was running on XB1. At the start of the stream the guy received a friend notification so I could see it was in the XB1 interface. Also, during the stream I could see the Xbox app stream settings for Win10 (wich he was using, cause he was unable to stream through the XB1 itself).

And yeah, it's looking pretty good indeed!

So that was the xbox version. Looked pretty good. Then again the stream quality was shit so who knows how the xbox version looks at 1080p. I kiked what I saw and can't wait to see what modders do.

For those watching, should I play on hard? This isnt my first wasteland trip. Also, are there rewards for playing on higher difficulty?

What will the reviews be like?

Will Skyrim be the last time Bethesda was praised for the structure of their video games?

edit: I haven't watched any streams. I'm super curious on how this game will review.

Thanks.

So between 6 and 9 am Eastern time on Monday.
Steam has been known to be wrong. The Bethesda site says -
Release Time
Want to know exactly when you can start playing Fallout 4? Digitally the game will become available on November 10, 2015, at 12:01 am (local time) in all territories (In North America, the unlock time will be 12:01 am EST), except Asia (available at 12 am on Wednesday, November 11th) and Japan (available at 12 am on Thursday, December 17th).
Of course they may have changed it. But for an extra 3 hrs?

Last time I pre-loaded a game (MGS V), it downloaded but there was no Play icon on the steam client when the game released, so I had to delete the game and re-download it again.

Any reason why that might have happened, and how to avoid that with Fallout?

Just noticed I don't have enough space on my PS4 for Fallout 4 (already pre-ordered) and Battlefront (need to pre-order) :( looks like I will have to delete space from either inFamous Second Son (I don't even have the game anymore) and Ground Zeroes.

I'll say 90 at the most

I genuinely don't know where you got that from. I don't think Bethesda has released a game that has gotten under a 93 average in the last decade.

It isn't like review scores matter, as time has gone on, they seem more and more arbitrary, but I would really like to know where you got that number from.

I know the answer is most likely "your ass."
