Who is this person and how do they have the ability to just bring these titles from thin air/Japan?
Yes. Its has more playable characters, not how I edited the name in the thread. Its the same game as the original that game with the 3DS version of Azaure Gunvolt, but a bit different.
He's a part of a decently popular youtube channel. He started a campaign a while ago to ask what ports people would like on Vita:

After that, he went talking to publishers and established that... not a whole lot were interesting. But there were a few he got some decent feedback from, which you can read here:

These are the 4 games that he believes have a legitimate shot of coming west if it can be shown there is enough demand. He's not localizing or porting these himself!
It's very similar to what happened with getting Borderlands 2 on Vita, in that it's fans showing demand.
Oh, so someone with no actual sway. Gotcha. Won't waste my time on this then.

Wow.....well, I get if you don't care but consider voting for the games. Even if nothing comes from this, it doesn't hurt spending five minutes filling out a poll.
Lawd. Adventures of Mana please!
It took you longer to write that post.Oh, so someone with no actual sway. Gotcha. Won't waste my time on this then.
Eeesh, I'm not interested in any of those.

Paging Finale Fireworker, come in Finale Fireworker.
Completed the survey. Mana is such a perfect Vita game, hopefully this works.
It'd also be great if Greg and Colin heard about this. They got Taco Master to chart for goodness sake.
Did my part. I wish they would bring Attack on Titan to the US. I'd totally buy that if they put an english translation (i'd be fine with subtitles. Just some way I can understand what's going on). The only game I'm all that excited for this year since we aren't getting Attack on Titan is the Civilization one.
Even if you're not, the number of people who'd still be willing to respond to the survey is still good hard data for other publishers to think about developing/localizing Vita games.
The problem with that approach being that knowing the exact amount of people who would take the survey, even if they don't want any of the games being offered on this round, is still useful data. "Answering for them" is the best way to make this data...not useful.

Wasn't too excited for any of the games they specifically asked about btu I'd probably buy Mana if they put it on the Vita (I love playing RPGs on my Vita). And even told them truthfully that I wouldn't buy it elsewhere (rather play on my vita than on my phone and I'm kinda spoiled by my Vita, I prefer RPGs on my vita and Mana is not interesting enough for me to get over that to play it on the PS4).
I generally think of it like this: If I know somebody who would buy the game, I answer positively to indicate interest. I figure that not everybody interested in these games is taking the survey, so I answer "for them."
I only want Adventures of Mana, but I know plenty of people who wanted all f these games. So I answer positively to indicate the group interest.
This is the most important one

Attack on Titan? That's definitely getting localized.
Hope we get Adventures of Mana, would double dip for portable Freedom Wars
Did my part and voted for Mana.
Tbh, I don't know how fruitful this can be. This is nothing than Vita fans crying for more games. Liam is a Youtuber. He isn't working for the industry so I'm not sure what he meant when he said he talked to developers. Who did he talk to? Those who have power to make decision or just dudes that manage Twitter account?
I love the Vita to death but I think this poll could be more impactful if Liam send it to Gio Corsi.
It's only portable lol.
