Are you going digital or physical for Street Fighter V? Which SKU are you copping?

PS4 and physical. Mainly because it is a helluva lot cheaper to buy physical than digital.
Seeing the prices of the PC version kinda hurt ;-;

Im torn on in. Going digital would be good since its pretty much the main thing i'll play on my ps4, so having it on my hard drive all the time is convenient.

On the other hand i always go for physical whenever possible. I like the perks of having a physical disc.

Buy one and wait for sale for the other. It's gonna happen.

got the PC version digitally already, PS4 will be physical, i would've bought the collectors edition if it was offered in the UK but alas all we get is a wack steel book edition

edit: spelling

Initially I had the collectors edition preordered, then I downgraded to standard edition physical through Amazon, and now I'm most likely going to switch that to digital (on both PC and ps4).

The more I thought about it, the less it made sense to buy a fighter like sfv on disc since the constant updates would make what was on the disc outdated really quickly. Plus, you always want your fighters loaded up and ready to play.

Both. I want the digital version for the Chun-Li skin and the convenience since I can see myself playing SFV for a long time like Killer Instinct, but still like to have a physical copy for my collection.

Digital PS4 preordered. I toyed with the idea of getting the physical version, but opted for the always available to play convenience that comes with not having to swap discs.

digital like every other game i have on ps4. This thread made me briefly consider picking up one of the the cool Japanese covers while i am over there, but I would rather just buy something else SF-related.

Digital on steam.

Even if I was on PS4 I'd probably go digital. This is the kind of game I'm always going to want on my harddrive. Plus, this is going to be a game that gets updated and changed a whole lot over its lifetime anyway.

Canadian getting screwed by exchange rate so physical PS4 is by far the cheapest option for me due to a preorder discount. Season pass is $10 cheaper on PS4 than PC for some reason.

I have a PC that can easily run it, but my roommate already has it on PC (I'm lending him my old HRAP VX SA). The beta did look great on his 1440p 144hz and almost made me change my mind. But I like the idea of having both versions, also we're moving to an actual house soon and it'll be nice setting it up in the living room to play on the couch.

I must live in a cave. I had no idea it was cross platform.

The only that sucks is that your Capcom profile doesn't carry over.

Meaning, you can use the same capcom profile for both versions--but you will need to rank up separately.

That's a small bummer for me since it already has cross platform play. Grinding it out again seems weird.

I wanted to go with the digital PS4 version, but around here it costs three times more than on PC. So PC it is, I guess.

Digital

- Game won't be leaving my system
- Base filesize is relatively small
- There will be so many patches/post launch downloads anyways that I feel like the convenience of disc is negated
- Free theme!
- I like the Chun costume over the others (I'll be playing Cammy but I don't care for her Jak costume)
- Play as soon as it's available!

Only negative is that I really like the coverart so I'd like to have the box, but whatever. That steelbook is awesome

Whatever the cheapest way to get it on Steam is the most likely. I'll only get it on PS4 if for some reason my PC can't handle it as it's kinda borderline with console performance for most games. I'll wait for impressions of both versions but I hope I can go PC for free online.

I got the PS4 version retail because of the Amazon Prime deal so it's $48. Also, I don't like buying too many digital games on PS4 mainly because I've noticed the PS4 HDD fills up awful quickly (otherwise I don't really care).

Going with PS4 because I vastly prefer playing fighting games on a couch as opposed to a desk and while I like Steam In-Home Streaming I don't trust it for a game as lag-sensitive as SF.

Physical because e3 30% deal off $59.99 is too good to pass up compared to paying $70 on PSN
This. If it goes on sale or joins PS+ then maybe I'll grab it there and sell the disc, but for now I'll stick with physical.

Well, going physical doesn't save you any HDD space as all games are fully installed regardless of whether they are digital or physical. You can save internet bandwidth though if you are capped.

I'm getting the ps4 collectors edition at launch and eventually will get the pc version after and I will probably end up with the ps4 digital once it goes on sale.

Whenever a game uses "middleware," I expect mediocrity. Just see how poor TLOU looks.
Call me when the Complete Edition releases, with a full story mode and all DLC characters included on disc.

Physical. Its easier to bring a copy of the game to someone else's place who has a PS4 over bringing over my console.
