I currently have them on a carabiner that I put through my belt then hook my key ring on em. I want something a tad more professional and was wondering what you guys do?

I'm not gonna become a keys in pocket guy, and I like having them always on my person.

Any suggestions?

Mine are on the end of a gold lanyard, although the loop is broken, so it's more like a 2 foot long ribbon. Stuff them in my pocket. Easy to find if I lose them.

I put mine in my pants or coat pocket.

Anywhere else (for example dangling off our side) has the possibility of catching on or damaging things.

I always have to make sure people take off that crap before getting in my car (leather seats).

I went through and greatly reduced the number of keys I need. I'm down to one house key and a car key. And since I walk to work almost every day I only take them with me when I take the car.

That said I just keep them in my right pocket with my wallet.

I have two keys - one to my car and one to my house. They are attached to a key ring that says "World's Greatest Dad" and go in my front pocket.

In my front right jean pocket of course.

Left pocket, my phone goes in my right.

Sometimes it can be uncomfortable depending on what jeans i am wearing and how much stuff i have to carry. I carry a fair few keys (car, front door, back door, bike lock, a random key which i don't know what is for, and about 4 keyrings) so sometimes they get bumped up to my right hoodie pocket when i'm wearing one and have a lot of stuff to carry

I have one of these

I have a LOT of keys

fits very easily into a pocket (pants/coat), doesn't look like a mess if you want to put it on the table while in a meeting or something.

Put them in your pocket. Don't be a jingly jangily, listen to my keys dangle guy. They're the worst.

Buh.. But where does your phone go?!

opposite front pocket.

Day to day when I go to work I just keep my keys in my laptop bag. I have a digital lock on my front house door and I take the bus so I generally never need to use them.

Otherwise on the weekend, if my GF has her keys in her purse I don't even bother taking mine, but if I need to... front pants pocket.

Front left pocket for me, with as little keys on it as possible. If I'm wearing a jacket, they get bumped to the left front jacket packet. I never put them in a bag I am carrying though, always try to hold on to them at all times. When I go to concerts & amusement parks, I loop the key ring onto a belt loop, usually that only has my car key.

What sort of governing body issues that key ring? Is it a once a year vote or do you get to keep it till a better dad comes along?

we all knew her
I leave them in my car when I'm at home (in the garage). I leave them on my desk at work. If it's cool enough to wear a jacket, I keep them in my left jacket pocket. If I have no other choice, they will go in my left front pants pocket.

Front right pocket right now, but I only have to carry my single car key and remote. If I was one of those horribles that had a bunch of key chains and doodads I'd probably put them in a purse.

This isn't professional but I think it's the best version of the carabiner type setup.

You can latch it to your pants which means you won't use pocket space and you won't lose your keys.

You can add and detach keys and multi-tools without worrying about them falling off with the lockable s-rings.

It's my favorite thing.

No fuck that. I'm okay with being a public nuisance

That's pretty cool but I like it being on my belt if that makes sense. I've had belt loops break before. To paranoid

Building key, apartment key *2, mailbox key
All on a ring in my phone pocket, ain't hard

Got my car keys separate, I don't drive it often

back pocket

it goes on my hand or desk when i sit down

Left pocket?

opposite front pocket.

This sounds incredibly inconvenient unless you want to accidentally break your phone or are left handed. Keys are a huge pain in the as though, especially when a new Vita/3DS game is released and I have to put the Gameboy in the pocket where keys usually go. But I'd rather put the keys in the back pocket and migrate them when I sit then do that with my phone, cause my fat ass would definitely break the screen.
